I watched this because of the curse I call "smite is a tool" whenever I roll a chest with something Freya related. I usually always get it. Though not until now have I learned how to play Freya. This helped me out a lot. I just played a game using this video as a guide. I was the one with the most kills in the game.

I don't know if I've been having extremely bad luck or what but whenever I play with Ares support, the Ares likes to dive, die and then leave me alone while 3 or 4 people gank me while my team tells me how shitty/trash I'm as a carry or how much I feed and become harassed for the reminder of the game till I can overcome and do stuff by my own when even the jungler won't be coming to my aid regardless how much I ask for help.
I like Freya, she is really a fun God but think I prefer other Gods when carrying. This last weekend was a pretty unpleasant experience, thanks for the guide though, it seems that I wasn't doing that bad in how I played her.

yeah i play Freya a lot too so piece of advice, no one will help you. The entire enemy team will come to your lane more often then not to kill you early to make sure you don't have a late game so don't focus on early, your Freya early doesn't matter as the spl can show. Also if your jungler isn't ganking when there are 4 people in your lane that's cause there are 4 people in lane the jungler would rather stay alive and farm rather than die and lose precious seconds. Now if they're not ganking at all than thats the jungler, but don't expect the jungler to save you when it will be a 2v4 and you are already low, cause if he does come he dies as well.
Also Ares is always a dive heavy god because of his ult and how i works, which is kinda one of the many reasons he isn't that good a support in early game. You normally want a warrior support when playing Freya sense they have a better early game then guardian supports.
Also look back on your games and how they got the jump on you, too little wards, your mid laner isn't calling when the jungler or mid laner is going to your lane, or you just played too far up for too long. There is a reason for everything, so look back on it and see where you went wrong and better yourself. Also don't be afraid to call out crappy for being crappy. If your playing back as you should with Freya until late game, and the mid and jungler comes for you with no warning then its the mid's fault for not calling it out, and also your fault for not warding. As Freya wards are keys cause no get away.
@@gryphon4150 thanks for the info, got some pretty good insights from ya and overall today the few games I played as Freya felt quite different in conquest but I do agree that I needed to start calling people out because maybe I was just getting trolled to put it mildly.
Like for example the Ares deal, yeah I know he dives a lot, in fact as some gods I really like that for multiple kills but one thing is that and another is to dive into the tower at lvl 1-3 when we pushed the minions so there I think that maybe, that might not be the usual play for an Ares unless I'm mistaken.
More often than not I think of helping him in way so we can get back to Tower and heal and that's when sometimes we get ganked but then I feel kinda bad leaving the dude or dudette all alone to die... Although I ward and keep spamming "retreat" so we can run in time. Maybe I share the blame there since I used to treat her as other Carry gods but then again maybe the people I played with were not totally free of blame because as you said, I should call them out more often for being incompetent because in two games for example I had even the solo laner in a 5v1 and for the rest of the team it wasn't strange that they hadn't had any opposition in their respective lanes for a while even when I'm saying "people the whole enemy team is whooping my ass"
Overall I started to buy more wards and ward more often and effectively and to kinda focus on my own thing because in some instances the jungler won't help me to finish enemy gods when I get ganked on tower even if the enemies HP are close to "1" because he or she decided to farm that side of the jungle instead. I started to play more safe and be a wee bit more egoistic in that way because sometimes it feels like I'm alone when I go for Freya if you get what I mean, having said that, I started to laugh it off when they get "angry" for "feeding" or being a "trash, worthless carry" when it's obvious the whole enemy team is in my lane and they just don't feel like helping me up.
Once again thanks for the help mate, it's been hard to change the way I played Freya and I'm still learning how to do it effectively but yeah, I needed to lose my fear of being more assertive with my team when they are just being a-holes.

Typhon's grants you 40% extra healing from lifesteal. Anti-heal and bonus healing works addtive /substractive. Getting a typhon's netd you 140% healing fron lifesteal, getting a divine ruin on that reduces that by 40 back to a 100.
Anti-heal items with the exception of divine ruin are generally worse than non-anti-heal items, except when the anti-heal is really necessary of course
Getting a typhon's so they need more anti-heal than just a divine ruin is therefore very nice
I’m 90% sure that’s not how that interaction works. Life steal heal percentage is based off the amount of damage your doing, but anti heal is based off the amount your healing. In other words you can have 140% lifesteal (in theory) and 40% antiheal which means you now only have 84% lifesteal . And if they apply 100% antiheal it doesn’t matter how much lifesteal you have because you will still be healing for nothing. I’m also pretty sure it’s impossible to get 140% lifesteal, but I’m less sure on that.
BabyYeti actually no. Barraccuda has said that typhon’s negate 1 anti heal item.
@@corxiiifelinike2643 ye so you force out more anti-heal by getting it. Which is good, cus anti-heal items are generally worse than their normal counterparts, except for divine ruin / brawlers. So by getting typhon's, a brawler's / divine / aura get 105%, but you have 35% healing from lifesteal left.
If you can output 500 dps, you still heal like 170 hp/s. Then they can only get built-in anti-heal or toxic blade / cursed ankh to get the job truly done
JackThatMonkey having 100% means you don’t heal. Period. End of story. Now Typhons is effective enough to make lifesteal viable even with antiheal items against you. But 100% antiheal means you do not heal.
CorXIII Felinike typhons doesn’t inherently negate antiheal, but it is effective enough to disregard some antiheal.

I know a bunch of people hate Freya (and I can't blame them) but I somewhat enjoy her. My problem with Freya and characters like her is I don't enjoy just doing the survive/farm game for the first 15-20 min of the game and then feeling unstoppable. Too passive for my taste. Especially with how quick some conquest games can be these days.

Yeah cause Izanami hit the enemy with Fail-not passive being active. (Gives every teammate +15% chance to crit the target) :)
I used to build her with cdr boots and chronos pendant so I was always at ranged aa and then build attack speed
I was going to ask why not shoes of focus for the 10 percent cool down ? So what made you change your build? Is the cool down worth it?

Lindolh - honestly I build her with blue boots cause of the cdr. She already has life steal passive and with the hacate and typhons it’s not really needed to get purple boots but you sure will hit harder. I sell the blue boots and get a spear of deso. Idk how good telkines ring is but if anything I would get a toxic blade in place of that or the rod of tahuti.

Late but it depends tahuti is a late late game item so by them anti heal is pretty much worthless (enemy has already taken enough advantage from their healing) I would probably trade typhon's for it if they build anti heal or if they don't I would say something like demonic

Freya feels soo weak early game cause they made pulse lose its aoe and slow if you buff it with your stim... Prefer the old way... buff your attacks and wail on everything.. they should have just toned down her life steal and overall base damage.
