That deserved to win. For me it's the brown stripe on the outside and the sea of brown and beige inside that makes me enjoy this vehicle.
The standard sized wheels are a pleasant sight to see.
The whole package fits together nicely and I like it.
This brings back so many great memories of traveling the outback. If this was my vehicle I would put in 2 air lockers and add a sun visor. Really nice example of the classic marque.
Awesome job Jimmy! This video doesn’t do it justice. It’s better than what it looked like rolling off the showroom floor The commitment and attention to detail is second to none!
This has to be the nicest resto’d 60 i’ve seen. Clean, simple, doesn’t have 1000’s of stupid accessories hanging off it. Restored with taste. Well done 👌🛠️
Wow!🤯
nothing is better than a Toyota Land Cruiser.🇯🇵💪👍👍👍🎥👍
Hello my friend. I hope you are well.
Best regards to and your country. :-)
I wish you good health and happy Xmas / winter :-)
Hey Richard I think Jim daily drives that thing lol and I tell ya what, it's better than showroom condition. Congratulations Jim well deserved you obviously have a great eye for detail. I bet washing day is a full one, do you chammy the underside dry also? It almost looked polished!
Great detail. As US guy, I'm a tad envious of the options available. We didn't get the diesels, split bench, vinyl seats and floor mat or even rear barn doors.
Great to follow some of the US companies doing restorations on these 60s, we love it
@@MrLandcruiser I'm sure you know MUD. And I love my Aussie aftermarket bits. Trail Tailor ships some goodies down there. I'd love to wheel the outback, but if you get to Moab, you might like it. Promise not to make you weld or wrench. 👍
I have been toying with the idea of a clutch booster in my BJ40 since the BJ74 is such a dream.
Not sure if it will clear the turbo on the 13bt in the 40.
need to drop it into a big bog mud hole now as its a daily driven 4wd..wont stay clean for long....nice work jimmy ...unfortunately not as clean ...as 62 series i owned gxl full import ..
Is there a good website you get your decals from? As in the ones that run along the side of the cruiser
Any specific reason for hiding the handbrake lever?
Wasted his money
You leave negative comments a bit, thanks for the algorithms but why even watch?
Well done Jimmy. Not to forget, most of the work was done by the Legend himself in his garage after work and on weekends. Huge sacrifice of time to get his daily back on the road. Also, the engine went through a complete nut and bolt restore by Jimmy and sounds absolutely fresh. Well done mate. Now it's time to ride together again.
