don't forget to mention that this device also has a built-in cooling fan you can hear it once the charging activates in your phone if you put your ear to the vents on the back. This will help cool down the charger and the back of your phone since qi fast charging will slightly heat up the back of your device and the charger itself this tends to keep things a lot cooler than other fast Chargers
You have to enable the wireless fast charge on supported devices in the settings, the box says the S6 and the S6 Edge aren't supported but the S6 Edge Plus is but I don't have any of those phones to see if they're supported or not works great with my S7 though. Great video as always

if I stick an iRing (or similar) on the case (not behind the phone), will the wireless charging be disrupted? I will be upgrading from my note edge (have the ring on it ) and would be interested in using the wireless charge when I upgrade to Note 7

Wireless charging is also healthier for the battery. I never thought about preserving a battery since I've always had phones with removable batteries. For a $1000 phone, I'm only doing wireless from now on.
I just discovered such a thing exists. Lol. I have a Galaxy S7 and saw one that was flat and had the Samsung Bluelight ring when it was on. Did they do away with that on one's with a stand? Does it not work with a phone case? I have a thicker case on mine. Thanks!

Peter 23 it works with cases , it's almost as fast as the regular charger , tho you only get fast wireless charging with the s6 edge+ and s7 / s7 edge ( I assume note 5 does support fast wireless charging also since it came out simultaneously with the s6 edge + .
