The old man in the background was so sweet, taking pictures and all XD
This was really helpful.. but where's the German accent?😂😂😂
I guess this isn’t really a tutorial but I miss the accent to😂😢
wez iz za aczent?!
This is the kind of content the freerunning community needs
Very nice to see a progression guide rather than just a how-to!
People often forget to go the full way to a trick and simply try it till they get it somehow without really feeling what they do.
Now I know what flips I gotta level more until I can try myself at a decend cork
The Guy in the backround😂
You said you weren't a professional, you clearly are
What I mean is I lack formal education :) I’m a professional athlete, but IM NOT a professional coach. Two different things.
@@teamfarang I see
I have never thought of a full in that perspective 😂😁👌
Ikr same
Even if I can already do a cork this vid was too amazing and well explained!! love you Jason, thanks for being such a great guy!!
🙏🏼🖤
I didt, after 6 years of parkour training I landed my first cork
danke Jason
thank you very much jason.i was waiting for a long time for the cork tutorial by you .because you will give the best explaination about the movement what ever you do.
This tutorial came just at the right time , because at the moment I'm learning the Cork , thank you Jason Paul for such a detailed tutorial , thanks.
Thank you sooo muchhhh👌🏽I’m struggling with this trick but because of this video it became much clearer on how to progress🙌 farang forever
Thank you for this! A lot of new folks can really benefit from approaching their training this way.
Geniales tutorial und ein komplett anderer Ansatz als die meisten anderen Tutorials. Danke dafür!
Thank you for posting this video💪
Thank you very much Jason! I find this very useful! Everything you said makes perfect sense! I would buy some of your clothing as soon as possible because i think that is the least i can do to express my gratitude for all of the inspiration you gave to me! :)
Nice!
Now i know my goal for the year 2018 ;)
Yes, finally! Thank you!
Great video Jason! The way you explained a back full makes so much sense! I can do half front and half back but have problems landing a back full. I'm going to try again with your explanation in mind! Lovely explanation for the corck by the way!
This is soooo helpful. Please do more of those progression guides!!!!!!
Good insight, Jason! A cork is not at the top of my list at the moment, but I know it will be one day. So I appreciate your take on what progressions need to come first! :D
All your training videos are very helpful. You explain how to do pakour tricks really good. Thank you Jason
Sick Jason, the perfect breakdown. Next time I see you hopefully corks will be miiiine!!!
Great video Jason. Well said
This video is my actual way of training to the cork. Already attempted it and then didn't feelt ready so I stopped. I'm about to be able to do all flips mentionned in the video and when it will be done, I will attempt again the cork. Thanks for that clip it shows that slow progression have way more benefits in learning and mastering moves and don't destroy body so fast 🙏💕
Loved the video jason Great job!
Very helpful... but how do I do the proper german-standard-Cork ???
Just add one bottle of German beer in between each progression
you're awesome Jason, this tutorial helped me a lot. Thanks!!
Right in the time i needed it. one of my main Goals for 2018 is the cork.
Thank you :)
This is a great edit, cheers everyone!!!!

Ur english is so good i can understand it clairly nice man
Best tutorial ever.
really liked this video! I often do progressions like this in lots of other tricks as well, maybe you could make ones on harder more advanced freerunning tricks, like the castaway, gaet, pimp flip, palmflip, double flips, ect.
Thank you!
thanks this was very useful keep it up!
yeah!!!Thanks Jason Thanks Farang.I think CORK is my 2018 goal
This was very useful to me!
Best video of the series haha
This is a really good step-by-step tutorial. The man in the back took notes from your "lecture". Cork away.
Thank you for this video, really.
I can now do a Cork
Awesome💪💪

arigato, sensei
practice & repetition are essential, i have only landed standing fulls but would enjoy to land a twists, arabians and butterfly twists.. this is a breakdown of more than just back corks, which is soooo awesome :D
That was very useful ..Thank you Jason sensi ^^

Thank you!!
That's interesting. Thank you
Thanks a lot!
Thank you
Yes!! Thank you
rewatching farang videos and for some reason i've never been able to do a back full (could always do a back half)
I know the twisting technique and everything, but never manage it
thinking of it as an arabian and a barani is quite interesting and ill probs use it to progress
Exelent tutoria jason paul
now i know why my corks and fulls suck. Thanks guys, this was really helpful. I just hope i still have time to unlearn it without too much difficulty 😂
Thank you so much
can you please do a double back-round off double full tutorial? Thx
Bruh I’ve always wanted to cork off things , this was really helpful! Now my videos will be much better
i've been trying the butterfly twist for a long time. still haven't got it. i've managed to learn the frisbee flip yesterday and what i do is i try to find tricks that have a lot in common and then combine them so i can unlock the trick i want to accomplish.
I see allout of people doing things that they are not ready for.
This is such an importent video
ü..so...... amazing
The music is real calm
This was a nice birthday present :P
Happy birthday :)
Hej Jason how do you actually learnt cork ?
I can cork off a tiny ledge into a sandpit and I can’t cheat gainer but I can do a running gainer I wanna get the cork flat but I need some good tips
I learned the Cork before a lot of these other Tricks just by trying and failing. Took a very long time and still it's Not really easy for me. Now I can do almost all of the shown things but inspirated through this video I will first try to master my backfull and even learn the arabian before attempting to get my Cork cleaner. Thank you!
Struggle with the arabian? I can't do it either, even on trampoline where I can barani, full, rudi and sometime randi; back full and close to double full... And I still can't get my head around the arabian :/
Arabian tutorial coming 😁🙏🏼
Looking forward to it!
But if I can't do a back flip or another flips ?? So how I do??
ive learnedhow to twist with btwist after that with atwist and i jumped right on cork but i have cheat gainer learned
i really want to buy your clothing but i live in the Philippines and its a hustle to buy clothing online for me coz i cant test wear it if it fits for me.. there's saying in the Philippines in reverse reading "LODI" means IDOL!?
I just learn my b-twist and try it 10x after that my body is exhausted and I rest a minute and my body can't remember and I can't relearn my b-twist now pls helps.
Nice haircut Mr. Paul
6:05 shit I looked inside lol, great video btw. Did you ever planned to visit Wuppertal there is a big parkour park, good for a jam maybe?!
Thank you 🙏🏼 not anytime soon to be honest 😅
Great
Thank u
Nice
Zitat: "Not a Pro!" Jason. Lebt davon :P
I'd say it's easier to do corks on ground than gainer.
MarshmellowMuffin Yeah I agree, you get more momentum from a cork compared with a gainer.
there r no rules. for me gainer is a very easy move and I do it anywhere. Cork is quite impossible to land so far :(
Don Kamelo same. But we’ll both get it if we work as hard as we can! :D
Joshua Blessed Exactly!
Don Kamelo i'm sure you'll be able to do it soon if you put in the work 😊💪
What about for someone that has come from trampoline? I can already do a backflip/cheat gainer on ground easily and a back full/cork on tramp easily as well. Do you think I’d be able to do it?
Edit: I also have pretty good air awareness for twisting on tramp as I can also do a rudi.
Cool, just learn all those tricks on ground and off a ledge first :)
I like the video but I think the running gainer and standing backflip are kind unnecessary, I can do both but only on trampoline. Yes the cheat gainer can and most likely will help with building up for the cork. I’m naturally way more comfortable with back twisting like fulls and corks. I’m still trying to get corks more consistent and cleaner but I feel like all the pre requisite tricks you explain are in a way not necessary, but I do love the video and I think it can definitely help some people
I think they are natural and useful prerequisites to learn clean j-step gainers :)
Of course, you can do it without them, too.
I was able to do all of those tricks back when I did parkour except for the btwist lol
I think the old man behind you wants to cork too, he's even taking notes of what you say at 8.00 😂
Could you do the same for a sidefull?
