    Thanks for the great walk-through.
To me, an obvious location is inside the electrical enclosure.
You might have a venting fan turn on at one temperature and an alarm when it gets over a higher temperature.

If the range is good and strong enough, putting them in the fridge and freezer would be beneficial.

I’ve got 7 of these sensors - Outside, Kitchen, Bedroom, Freezer, Fridge, Basement, and Power (on the outside of my Victron Multiplus). They are great.

I originally looked at these for a van build, but as a truck driver, who has had multiple refrigerators die on me, I like the fact that I can toss one of these in the fridge and know when the next one dies

Love this channel , providing a simple but good understanding of electrical 12v circuits . Im at that stage now and considering victron. Expensive but from what I see less interaction when setup properly . More time having fun , than monitoring everything

Thanks Nat. May I suggest you make a video on how to show the temp data from RUUVIs on the main page of the screen connected to the Cerbo, that is without VRM. I used Gui Mods for that but at some point the display stopped showing the temp data of my 3 RUUVI tags. You may show easier ways to achieve that. Best regards from Switzerland.

Yes I haven’t been able to figure out how to do this either.

I am installing a contactor to charge another battery and will be placing one of these underneath the contactor base “like a stand-off” in between so I can monitor temp to see how it goes, great bit of kit are Ruuvi

Can you add the RuuviTags to a fridge/freezer and get notifications as well?

The cerbo chip has a known heat flaw..this only works if u chip is cool..if cerbo gets warm bluetooth disappears at least with fw3.0..the fix is a dongle

Doesn’t Victron recommend an external Bluetooth adapter for this application? Something about the internal radio not being strong enough?

Have you gotten the motion sensor to work with cerbo?

Ruuvi made in Finland! You can just translate what Ruuvi really means in Finnish! 😄
