This paddle immediately elevated my game. The longer handle makes it very easy to handle and maneuver. The dwell time and control is excellent. I feel much more in tune with my game with this paddle
I agree with your review and my opinions are exactly the same. I had the Neonic Force and liked it initially, but I decided it was too head-heavy and sold it. My Flow is lighter at 8.0 ounces with a lower swing weight, faster in the NVZ, feels more plush, and feels very stable with a big sweet spot. I've yet to hit a shot that felt like a big mis-hit that sent vibration up my arm. I have tennis elbow so that's a huge bonus. I also have the Vatic Pro Flash and Prism Flash, which are great paddles, but this may be my new favorite. I'm a big fan of hybrid shaped paddles since elongated seem too head-heavy for me.
Well, just played with the Flow for three hours and it did not disappoint. It doesn't hit as hard as my DBD and about the same as the R1 Pulsar. Where it really shines is control. Dinks and drop shots seem much easier. Spin is better than either the DBD or Pulsar but to be fair the Flow is new and the other two are well used. It came in weighing 8.1 ozs but seems like it played as if it was lighter. It also felt really stable with a generous sweet spot. Glad I saw your review!
Awesome video. I currently have a Six Zero DBD that is my go to paddle I mostly really love the paddle but I do notice it's hard to reset the ball and at times the ball just seems to pop off the face in hand battles. I'm a 4.0 rated player. I know as I get better and adjust hand pressure and get better at absorbing pace I probably will like the DBD better. I was considering the Neonic Pro or Selkirk Luxx. I wanted more dwell time to place my shots and work more on placement. I have descent hands but we are all works in progress. I thought you might have some advice. I tried the Paddletek Tempest Wave Pro too and thought it was more plush than the DBD but it was really hard to generate power. I can generate my own power but the power just seemed anemic. That said what is a really great control paddle that would give me some power? I leaning towards the LUXX or Neonic Pro and am open to any suggestions. TY
Ayy!! I appreciate it thank you so much! It's a great feeling paddle. I've let a few people try it and they've liked it. The low swing weight for a hybrid is enticing.
Really appreciate your videos. I currently have a DBD and a R1 Pulsar and have been playing them for a year. Just ordered a couple of the Flows (using your code 😊) for my wife and I. She currently is using a Prism Flash. The Flow sounds like it will fit our play styles nicely. Keep up the good work.
Thank you, I appreciate you using my code! Please get back on here and let me know what you all think of the paddle. It'll be an easy paddle to convert to from your flash prism. The prism was my main paddle for a while. Have a good day!!
@@lazyhusband How can buying a new paddle once a year be construed as "changing paddles every time a new one is out"? Changing paddles to one that better suits your style of play will absolutely improve your game. This does not diminish the benefits of drills.
@lazyhusband Never said that the DBD and Pulsar did not improve my game. They certainly did given that they are both excellent paddles. However, I took from Farmer's review that the Flow was similar but with better control. Other reviewers have stated that the spin numbers on the Flow are slightly better. Given that I play more of a control game, employ spin quite often and my current paddles are a year old with lots of use I am confident that I will see some benefit from moving to the Flow.
Received mine on March 1st. I got an abnormally heavy one at 8.4oz. Neonic said they would replace with a lighter one but I decided to keep it. First time playing with it was on a tennis playing surface and with an outdoor ball and it was definitely poppier than the paddles I was used to (Vatic Pro Prism Flash and Spartus Ballista) and took me about an hour to get used to. Playing with an indoor ball on a gym floor last week and this week has been perfect and the additional pop and power is nice. Very stable and great control. Easier to get my serves deep when playing indoors. I know the protypes were heavy like my production copy. Thought about ordering another one to have a lighter copy as well but not sure how differently they would play. I'd be curious to know what my swing weight and twist weight are with the heavier static weight.
This paddle is a little softer than the loco is. This paddle has a little better spin but less pop than the loco. I appreciate it man! I hope you've been good!
I saw a RPM number for the Pikninja Revenant 2 - did you review that paddle? I’m curious about its specs (twist weight and swing weight in addition to RPM). Great video, as usual!
Not quiet as soft as the prism flash but if someone is making a switch to a gen 2 rcf paddle from the prism, this one will be the easiest to convert to.
My main paddle has been the Prism Flash and I just started playing with the flow. IMO the VP feels a little softer/plush but the Flow has more power and pop. I do realize in the short time playing that the stock grip needs an upgrade. When my hand starts to sweat the grip gets slippery.
What's up! This paddle doesn't have the pop but has more power than the mage pro. Both are good paddles and have their own weaknesses. This paddle has slightly higher spin.

@@FarmerLankyPickleball in the specs. Just really weird. May just be my personal opinion though. Doesn’t detract from the great review. Keep’m com’n!!!

Got this paddle and playing really well with this.
Waiting for mine to ship, thanks for the review!

Drilling will improve your game. Changing paddles every time a new one is out will not.

@@ronsmith5525 Because the DBD and Pulsar are very good paddles. If those can’t improve your game, this paddle won’t.

I haven't reviewed it yet but I definitely plan on it. I appreciate it, thank you!
I don't think I've done the swingweight or twist weight for it yet
We need more critters in your videos.
Lol it's getting warmer outside so they will be in a lot more of my future videos for sure.
Would you take it over a Prism Flash?
Somebody please answer this question !!!
Love ya Lanky
I can't tell who this is based off of your profile pic but I have a few guesses 😂😂
How does the paddle compare to the Vatic Prism Flash 16mm?

How different is the pop on this paddle compared to the B&B Loco? How does this paddle compare overall to the B&B Loco?
Hey FL how's it going? How does this one compare to the Hudef Mage? ✌️

Is the Volair Mach 2 Forza still your go to paddle?
Yes, I've been testing paddles a lot so I don't get to use it as much as I'd like but it's definitely my go to paddle.
Please don’t use that font anymore. Horrible for anyone not using a full size monitor. Great review overall. 👊🏻👍🏻
The font in the thumbnail, rpm stats or specs? I really appreciate the feedback! Thank you so much!
