dwijah, noodles should be mixed with seasonings while still warm so that the spices easily seep into the noodles and easily mix them evenly, it doesn't matter even though there is still a little water left... I'm glad you want to try it😘

It's actually not really hard to mix between the noodles and the seasoning. It's because you stired the seasoning too long. There's a sweet soy sauce if you stir it with other seasonings it might make quite solid and take longer time to mix it with the noodles. Try to add fried egg, lime and vegie, they will make the noodles more delicious.

What you bought is original,maybe there is only that I think and the price there is quite expensive because here Indonesia is very cheap,just 2.500Rupiah

It is better to mix up the nodle with seasoning right after you dried it. While it is hot so it made mixed perfectly. Add some fresh pak coi or morning glory while it is boiling. Add too some chile cutted in little portion. It adds more the taste and sensation if you love spicy taste. Glad you review it angel, invite some friend, and eat with rice to see different side of its taste. Happy for you😊🙏

It's hard to mix the seasoning if the noodle already cold. Btw, we called it "goreng"=fried bcs there is no soup on the noodle and its oily

Mantap 👍🏻😋😋, my favorite. If you cook two pack you should mixed all the seasoning also for make it taste better. I usually add topping some boiled spinach and fried egg 👍🏻. Why it's called fried noodles, because this is originally Indonesian street food that they actually cooking the noodles fried it on hot plate and mixed it with lots of things with it, such as eggs, meat, vegetables, spice & served while it's still hot and we eat it with some chilly and crackers.
You need a bigger bowl to make it easier to stir😂. and my advice when you drain the noodles don't be too dry so the spices are easier to mix when stirring. enjoy😁🇮🇩

Enak benar rasanya INDOMIE GORENG mantap terasa.
1. The soy sauce is gooey because Indonesian soy sauce is different compare to japanese/Chinese soy sauce. It's made from soy & palm sugar.... The palm sugar is the reason for gooey texture and sweetness. So it's not bad quality soy sauce 🙂
P.S: that sweet soy sauce, we called it "Kecap".... Similar pronounce with ketchup. And for "ketchup", we called it "tomato sauce"
2. The reason behind the name fried noodles is not about how we should make/cook it, but because this is an instant version of fried noodles which is basic street food here in Indonesia. Hence they use the same name to make it easier.
3. The flavor is strong but not overpowering so people from every age & culture can enjoy it. But at the same time gave flexibility to combine it with other ingredient you love. Some people add extra veggies, protein, chili, lime/lemon, etc...

Hey,U can put some ketchup,chilli sauce/chilli,cause the other brand put the tomato /chilli sauce/or ketchup there,it makes a little bit spicy and a little sour, but will mix well with the sweetness of the sweet soy sauce. And u can put vegetables, eggs, meat, sausages/other toppings Sis

I hope you could also try Lucky Me pancit canton. It's a Philippine product. Some people like the regular one but I prefer the calamansi or chilimansi flavor. 😋
I think most indonesian noodle is not vegetarian friendly, so be careful. Don't forget to use chopstick for noodle, also do 'slurp slurp' when eating noodle bcs it makes more delicious

The thickening of the seasoning maybe due to humidity during shipping, or a leak in the seasoning sachet. but don't worry, it can still be consumed, and to make it easier to mix the spices and noodles, I usually mix the spices first with half a spoon of water to mix evenly and then mix with the noodles.

if u like more spicy, u can add some chilli flakes on top or chilli sauce

for topping u can add fried egg, or spam or corned beef, or other fried/smoky/barbeque meat u like, or u can use fried mushroom/tempura mushroom since it's easy to cook
or others side dish food u like for more topping

and ofc u can add cheese as well for topping if u like

It's better not to drain it completely. So it will be slightly wetter. It will be easier to mix the sauce. The taste will be better, because the sauce can spread on your tongue more easily.

If u like spicy food, Trust me u must try to adding some chilies .. and don't forget to stir the noodle with the seasoning while its hot to make the sauce less solid, so u can mix that easier
