Diet plays a key role.I keep it simple.All i use is shea butter mixed with oils and wash my face with african black soap sometimes plainwater.My skin is flawless and glowing.Dont wear makeup and i get compliments and asked all the time what i use on face

I eat lots of fresh fruits and veggies .I used to have bad acne and eczema i cleared it through diet after trying all the popular products you name it expensive brands out there.I realized that i had to work on myself from the inside and everything flows.Its all connected
Ashley Adams you are right I always notice that I don't have as much acne when I am eating better diet and getting enough sleep
I use soap and water and I don't wear makeup either and get compliments all the time too...
Salmon is a food that i notice changes my skin drastically. The day after a hefty serving of salmon my skin is dewy and supple. i think it's the omega fatty acids. just eat the wild caught. the farm raised stuff doesn't have the proper omegas.
Loved this video! Organic and natural skincare is so important! I'm obsessed with my oils (rosehip, argan) and rosewater. I think when it comes to organic skincare once you try it you never go back to the conventional products. 💚💚💚

Yeah I know exactly what you mean . I use rosehip and argan myself . I use the rosehip seed from Now Essentials and add some drops to my Acure Seriously Glowing Facial serum, I put a couple drops of Rose Absolute and Frankincense too, you should try it out !

I use a natural line called Benedetta. Effective and simple. A creamy cleanser, a spray toner/ hydrator a face oil. I use a separate oil from Bobbi Brown to remove my makeup.
While most of these products seem nice and luxurious they are insanely expensive.

I wanted to love tata harper's products so much they all make me break out ! May Lindstrom is a skin care goddess ! my skin just love her stuff so much
Cat RV - you know what me too, at first I tried an anti aging serum from tats and it made me break out too so I stoped using it on my face and was scared to try the others because of that but then so it doesn't go to waste I decided to use the serum on my neck and chest at night and it was fine. Then I decided to try the cleanser alone and loved it. Long story short I found out that many anti aging products have certain ingredients my skin cannot tolerate and causes me to break out. So I avoid all anti aging products but I suggest you try tatas acne/oily skin products. You might like it. Because like me, some made me break out but others I ended up loving

using coconut oil and baking soda, and my aveeno has done wonder's for my skin I also sometimes buy Shea Moisture but these products are super expensive but baby you do have beautiful skin.

Nancy Sandoval - this was just an overall skin care video on many of the higher end products I like but it's the only skin care video I've done like this. All my others have a set routine with simplicity and not pricey.

Many things you can make yourself and no it's not all expensive, some brands just use luxury ingredients which are imported from places like France or Germany for example and that gets a bit expensive, especially when your putting these expensive ingredients in all the skincare products you sell, so therefore the price increases, but most things you can make yourself and buy the ingredients without having to pay for the "Brand name" also, but non the less they all work wonderfully alongside a healthy lifestyle, because it won't truly help if your still not taking care of yourself internally. ☺️ Look up her DIY's and others online, you'll fall in love with how many things you can make yourself for half the cost. 👍🏼
The products from the Tata Harper line and May Lindstrom lines featured here are expensive (some of the Tata Harper products are almost prohibitively so for many people,) however, that doesn't mean you can't find really good quality, less expensive organic products or diy alternatives.
Some good starting products/ingredients for organic skincare that are easy to find, pretty powerfully multipurpose, and affordable are jojoba oil (can be used to remove makeup and moisturize hair and skin) and rose water (or witch hazel if you have an oilier skin type.)
ugh you seriously make me wanna break my bank with the may Lindstrom products! lol but thanks to your skin care videos (honestly all your videos) I have most of my skin care products all natural and so far, my skin is clearing up and I don't get as many pimples as i did before :) btw have you tried the Aztec secret Indian healing clay mask? I love it so much
jackieangelify1 - I swear every item from may lindstrom is a diamond to die for. I've never tried the Aztec clay but I have tried others
I've bought the honey mud and problem solver and they are TREASURES for your skin. I've also tried the blue cocoon and it felt like a 1000$ skin treatment. Seriously it is worth it and they last forever anyway. Get one and see how you like it!

jackieangelify1 Honey Mud and Blue Cocoon yes definitely :) They are very soothing to the skin. Problem solver has some hot spices (like cinnamon, clove...) so it will make your face tingle a bit and have a slight "burning sensation" but I liked it! It wasn't too intense. But some very sensitive people might react badly!
