In my game, mercs dominate wild terroritory and duty squads get killed at the entrance. However monolith has turned limansk into stalingrad. There's always fighting in that level, and I've even gone over there a few times. Yesterday 30 mercenaries and monolith soldiers died fighting over an apartment
That’s why I like Limansk, a constant siege.
I just head over to Limansk to collect 50 Patches for Aslan, those rock worshippers are providing me with infinite artefacts.

Currently its the dead of winter in my playthrough. Theres not a lot of stalkers around and those that are around are sticking to their respective bases. There aren't a lot of mutants either, as most of them are holed up for the winter. So right now my enemies are surviving the cold and the odd hit squad sent after me, maybe a few bandits here and there.
As in, if you play long enough the seasons actually change? Or you made it winter with a mod? What’s your favorite faction btw, i can’t commit to play through lol
@@samemz I've got the Cold System mod, Graupels Winter, Arzsi Rotten Food, Campfire Roasting, and radiation overhaul (plus a fair few others) enabled. I tweaked the settings of the cold system, and made it where the respawn rate is at two weeks. Basically the zone is dead quiet and you gotta make most of your money artifact hunting so you don't starve or freeze to death. I guess it makes it into the Long Dark lol.

@kenshi7437 The only real issue I ever run into is a CTD when I start exploring the Northern regions (Zaton and Jupiter).
@kenshi7437 Crash to desktop. I looked up a solution for it but it seems like its just the size of the Jupiter and Zaton maps that may be the cause of it.
If npcs block your way out of a door lowcrouch and jump, you can also get into the merchants room in cordon farm

I just park my NPCs in front of the building as a Mercenary, because i was once stuck for 15 minutes by the medic

seems like the footage has some modifications since the recoil on the weapons don't seem like how they are in vanilla GAMMA and .45 ACP can do semi-decent against stalkers.
No modification to the recoil was done. I did add the suppression and bullet cracks at the beginning tho.
