We like to just avoid any increase in lever pull by using the Barnett extra plate kit instead of using springs.

I have a 23 CVO 121CCV roadglide and The muller/Advanblack/Prizoma ramp will give a clear .080+ clearance with about 14.5# pull. Shifts like better... Be aware you have to exactly 1/8 turn clearance on the clutch adjusting screw.. Not the 1/2 to 1 turn HD adjustment with stock springs

Should have used a small kitchen scale to push on the lever until it contacted the bars.

After putting the new clutch cable on, I noticed that your handlebars were turned to the left. When on the Test before your handlebars were straight. I think that will make a difference on your test.

Do u know what the spec is for a AIM SDR? I had to set it at barely a 1/2 turn (if I do like 3/4 turn I’ll get stuck in gear at anything over like 4500 rpm) and minimum acceptable free play at WOT (gotta leave it tad looser at idle bc as that shit spins up the little fingers go in and snug up the lever .. of set “properly” at idle .. that clutch cable is TIGHT at 5k rpm
