Ever since this pandemic your the reason I got back in this hobby. I own now a new traxxas stampede 2wd and a bandit. Also got a kyosho mini z and last night I just bought a losi mini t 2.0. Thank you kev.
These trucks are awesome. I just wanted to point out that you can push the pins out of the trx connectors to de-solder the pins and save a bit of wire.
0:54 on my trx 4 it's for the light kit to plug in
4:39 and that's what goes in the socket for the lights

I love the white body, it looks so much better than the gray one on the box but you got to do something about the inside of the bed. It needs to be blacked out...paint, tape, something! It will look so much better if it looked like it had a bedliner in it to break up all the white out back.

The 6×6 is very capable, looks just like the big one. It also has a certain cool factor, its got a fun factor. I use mine to chase racoon's from campsites. I take it all over the country, its great for patrolling campsites at night. Also, many guys use them as camera cars to follow other crawlers up the hills.

Another video I'd like to see that I haven't is shorter shocks or softer springs on one of the sets of rear axles. Would love to see what effect that would have on climbing.

You did the same thing I did when I got it I drove it over a couple of other rcs 🤣😂 awesome video I love mine the only problem I have had was the steering arm on the servo stripped out since there's no servo saver. Replaced it with Hot Racing metal one and been good since

The TRX4 is a beast! I beat the crap out of mine and I've only had to replace a couple servo horns, wheel bearings and the motor. The stock motor went our after a week of going in the water and getting covered in sand on Lake Michigan. Ride it hard and put it away wet!

bit of an odd question here but, is there such a thing as a modular plug and play RC system? its just the other day I was looking up lego RC models for the some ideas and remembered the power functions system were you could stack the motor plugs together and control them from one out put, and that got me thinking on if there was such a thing for hobby grade RC or if it was all just buying all the electronics separately and putting them together by hand

I have a Wild Thumper 6WD (each wheel has independent suspension) with a Sabertooth 2*12 motor controller. I wanted to configure the stick controller to allow for tank steering. Hasn't quite worked as planned
