His first game against the Bruins was pretty memorable. He took the worst beating of his career, and eventually became a great fighter, but boy did Lyndon Byers mess him up! Miller beat him up too. But Byers killed him.
Kevin Collins was a total beast! Holding off two huge heavyweights, one in each hand. That's one guy who should definitely write a book. I'll bet he has some great stories to tell!
Yeah, like all those stories about how he broke up a million fights that paying fans wanted to see, or maybe he can tell us how many times he got punched in the face, and how that felt, mentally, and physically, ya' know like how after he got punched for trying to break up a fight to soon, and then hearing 20,000 fans cheering, and laughing.
Like I've said before, Collins is single- handedly responsible for generating more fights than the biggest goons. He would not allow players to settle beefs, so the 2 teams would explode with fights and skirmishes. Thanks Collins, you generated hundreds of fights that probably would never have happened.
Two of my all-time favorites...
Always liked Berube as a player and a great coach!

@@jasonsabourin2275 Ironic, I believe it was Berube that punched Collins in the face during a breakup.
@@Dueville7777 it was Berube. Caught him really good too. Collins was tough.
