I have one of these. It is well built and very rugged. After about 20 hours of use the PTO shaft broke. After sending Woodland Mills some pictures of the break and some explanation by me they sent me a new PTO shaft. It appeared the PTO shaft, which was a purchased part by Woodland, was faulty from day one. I had the unit for 23 months so the warranty was almost expired. The people at Woodland did everything possible to make things right including sending me a six pack of new grinder teeth and an updated manual. I highly recommend Woodland Mills and this stump grinder.
I will probably never need one of these but I really liked watching this. Looks like a great product.

The pin for the swivel should have a secondary hole, maybe on the same spot as the chainsaw holder, where you can put the pin while the machine is in use so it doesn't get lost. this would be a very inexpensive addition for what I imagine is a very commonly misplaced item.

A slightly smaller quick attach version with a motor plate to mount my 27hp Kohler on it would work great on the front of my Lay-Mor LB30 tractor
Does running the grinder down into the dirt to get the base prematurely wear out the cutting teeth?
Hi Sam, The tungsten carbide tipped teeth are fairly resistant to soil, however some substrate materials such as rocks or foreign objects can prematurely wear out or even chip the teeth.
Any recommendations for sharpening the teeth?
The teeth can be sharpened with a Silicon Carbide grinding disc. If you have any questions, give our tech support a call 1-855-476-6455 ext 2
Why only 6 spare tips per replacement pack, there are 34 teeth on the wheel and I’m sure that more than 6 would need to be replaced if we hit a stone towards the end of the grinding process.
And the 6 are $99.00 as per the quote I received.
