Return of the Turn, Episode 15: Tuckerman Ravine

In this episode, we travel to Tuckerman Ravine in New Hampshire to ski at and learn more about the iconic ski destination. After racing the Inferno ski race in Murren, Switzerland, we had heard that some Americans started a similar race at Tuckerman Ravine in the 1930's. We wanted to follow in their footsteps and try to imagine what it was like racing down the headwall.

New England skiing will give you every possible snow condition you can think of, so you learn real fast how to ski stuff that westerners would stay home over - and we had a great time skiing those conditions and didn't bitch about it.
