The idea of Sonic just getting killed by one of Eggman’s robot’s in some random zone and coming to find his rotting, rancid, maggot infested body is fucking hilarious.
The crudeness works so well with the voices, it's beyond amazing! So glad that animations are coming out for their Heroes playthrough, so much good stuff to work with.

So I was looking elsewhere & only heard “snapped his neck”, & My mind immediately went to Robotnik pouncing & breaking Sonic’s neck like the freaking Doomslayer
The whole video is comedic, and the multiple punchlines bring the experience to an explosive boiling when sonic "gets shot", but for me, the real tension release moment is when Robotnik says "Ok :)" to Cluck's abhorrent rejection to the prospect of cleaning up a mangled sonic corpse. It perfectly resolves his charchter from the beginning. Zach Hadel is a story telling genius.
I'd absolutely love watching a show animated exactly like this where it's just Eggman and random badniks specifically in this room discussing random stuff and occasionally ideas to kill Sonic with him just casually showing up
