ABOUT ME//
Hi I’m Becky! I’m a natural living expert, herbalist, gardener and mum living on our sustainable farm in Northern Ireland.
I came across natural remedies, slow living, foraging, when I was diagnosed with hashimotos hypothyroidism and realised I needed to reconnect back to nature and learn how to nourish myself from within.
Since then I have studied herbalism and natural skincare.
This channel is all about sharing the joy of living a slow and natural life, with recipes, seasonal living guides and of course links to the Nature and Nourish Podcast as well as my regular gardening tips from BBC Radio 2!
I hope that you also enjoy reading and joining in on the conversation! There are new blog posts, podcasts, slow living vlog every week, and a monthly newsletter too. x
Channels similar to mine that I recommend include pine and pepper, The Elliot Homestead and Grown to Cook for gardening, Jessica Rose Williams, Gartur Stitch Farm, Mamalina and Fairyland Cottage.

Really useful video especially as I’m in the U.K. (often hard to find) - thank you for going into detail - I’d been hesitant with a few of the books due to reviews and religious content or it potentially being not inclusive, so that’s really helped to see. I have quite a few books already lol I love Jill’s work from Little Oak Learning and highly recommend Kelly - The Way We Waldorf - her subscriptions and free content is absolutely beautiful. My son is 3 1/2 and we’ll be home educating no doubt with a heavy Waldorf inspired influence.
Thank you so much for sharing all this! It has really helped me get my head around what Waldorf early childhood can look like for my lil guy next year. Your vids are so approachable and so far the books you've recommended that i've been able to acquire are stunning. Looking forward to watching more from you.
Aw thank you very very much :) x
Thank you soo much for sharing!!!
Thanks for watching! X
LOVED this !! :D
Thanks so much! x
I know this video is a few years old but I hate that Megan doesn’t sell those whole family rhythm books anymore. People still refer back to them like crazy and you can’t find them now
Great video!! Whole family rhythm guides unfortunately are not available anymore :(
Oh nooo! I hope she releases them again! You should be able to get the same info from the other books though I think :) x
