- GCI Traytec have completed and documented another build! This time it's their most extensive fitout to date for a Ford Ranger.
This video goes through all the features and new additions to the GCI Traytec range. All audio from the original filming was lost, but don't be discouraged... you are going to want to watch it all the way through!

Id love one , but i bet there expensive, But if i had the chance id have roof top tent incorporated into the build and have a door on the back to get in side that would be great. Keep doing the builds guys great stuff. Steve from the UK

Great canopy. Question. Does the side canopy gate when opened interfere with side awning when you open it? Seems to open higher than height of awning.
Fantastic design and engineering wish you could hide the cables to the Led light and lock would add to the clean finish,
2 questions.... first... what is this setup worth for the 2021 ranger?
Second..... dont those rocker switches get knocked on and off from cargo in the cannopy because they are not covered? Good vid. Cheers
on that swing up doors, you have a mesh and big company emblem I suggest make this empty spaces accessible where customers can store soft stuff like dirty socks lol or towels etc
Was thinking the same, even just making it cargo net/marine carpet for velcro or something

I think you have done an awesome job with your tray and canopies, My only dislike is the positioning of the Water Tank! Dont understand why you dont have it set behind headboard?
Can this setup cater for a roof top tent also?

Looks awesome !!! Have you kitted out a Ranger Raptor with a tray and canopy yet ? Weight is an issue and I can't decide what to do to get all the components I want. Thanks and keep up the good work !!!
Hey mate, we have not fitted a tray and canopy for the Raptors as of yet, as the payload has been a complication for owners.

Yes we do!
Nice job at a nice price no doubt, but I see a very heavy vehicle once loaded up with little to no leeway for any midrange towing of a decent van or your fishing weapon. I guarantee once loaded its probably already at its maximum weight. 🧐

@@jordanfalcioni4745 the canopy is lift off yes, with legs available to purchase for your canopy! And it is held down by bolts that can be easily accessed

Don’t buy these trays, they will slice your fingers right off I have been told this by one of the sales people who must of lost some fingers
