Gustavo Acosta I meant that for an Indian, a Paraguayan passport and an Uraguayan one would allow him to travel to the developed world without a visa, and seeing as both countries offer a tax holiday for 5 years, it would make sense for him to start his company in Paraguay and then after five years movie to Uraguay and this will give him 10 years without taxes
I'm a British citizen based in the UK but even I am considering this option, as they will allow me to not pay taxes for 10 years and my business is online based with clients paying me money online... so I do not need to worry about any regulations or unions as my customers will not even come from South America
