This hair salon is fully self-contained, keeping the business and home life totally separate. There are some fantastic options in this building including a gas boiler for continuous hot water (a must for a salon). Along with two workstations, drying bay, reception area kitchen & toilet.

Will Singh hello , there is no requirement for planning for water works in a garden building. It’s not what’s in it it’s how you use it. You can add electric, water shower etc. However you should not stay in it over night. It should be ancillary use to the property not primary. Let me know if I can help further
How did you get water connected
M d hello, we dug a trench that was 750 mm deep, and run the water in from the house, and use the same trench to run a macerator pumped waste pipe back to mains drains manhole cover. We then use the same trench to bring in the electrics and also telephone and Internet.

I contacted my city's Council to ask if i need permission for the exact type of premises in the video and they said i would most probably be denied permission "as they are not able to support this type of premises". They suggested i should still put my pre-application but it will be denied and it costs £96. How do i go about this? Do you have any advice? Thank you
Coco Emma hello. It is entirely possible that if permission is required it could get refused, this is the case for any structure. However this project was built within permitted development rights and was even checked after by a planning officer after. It must be used ancillary use to the house and multi use as this building is. Let me know we I can help any further. 😊
@@BakersGardenBuildings i wanted to build something like this but in front of my house. I need a small one for the service i provide. Eyebrows styling and makeup. I just wanted to take my work outside the house. I have space both in front and back of my house. I guess i should pre-apply , put a form in and either get accepted or refused. Does a planning officer come without putting an application in? How did you get advice from a planning officer?
Coco Emma . So you can pay for pre application advice. However it is worth noting that it would be a vary rare set of circumstances where you would get permission for a building at the front of your property. If it’s the rear you can probably build this without requiring planning.

Loo door opens directly to loo
Everything is same colour on outside, no contrast.
Likely have condensation or mould growth at the very least with all the water and moisture sources and no way of ventilating that.
Detail mistakes such as the bottom left corner viewing looking at the front
Well good thing it's his and not yours. So when you get yours you can do as you please right?
@@simmy5008 if only it did work like that. We are Stewarts of buildings, likely that someone else will have to sort out the problems. By that stage though they will probably just demolish it. Buildings last for many years so important we get them right for us and future generations.
