I hear you however often times when I finish the videos the properties aren't listed yet so they don't know the market price and sometimes the price changes throughout the listing period so if I put down the original list price and they change the price they would have to notify me to make the change and that just doesn't happen. I would suggest just going to the property website listed at the end of the video for all that information. But I hear you and yes it would be helpful it's also just problematic. :) All the best!
