ฮอร์โมนไข่ เป็นฮอร์โมนอีกหนึ่งตัวที่สามารถนำมาช่วยในเรื่องการติดดอกออกผลให้กับไม้ผล ซึ่งการทำนั้นก็ไม่ยุ่งยาก สามารถทำและมีระยะเวลาการหมักเพียง 15 วันเนื่องจากเราได้มีการใส่น้ำมะพร้าวอ่อนเข้าไป ทำให้ระยะเวลาการหมักเร็วขึ้น อีกทั้งสูตรนี้ยังได้มีการปรับสูตรจากการใช้แป้งข้าวหมาก มาเป็นการใช้ยีสต์ผงแทน ซึ่งสามารถใช้ได้ผลดีเช่นกัน
วัตถุดิบ
1.ไข่ไก่ 15 ฟอง
2.น้ำตาลทรายแดง 1 กิโลกรัม
3.มะพร้าวอ่อน 1 ผล
4.ยีตย์ผง 1 โต๊ะหรือ 14 กรัม
5.นมเปรี้ยว 150 ml. 1 ขวด
วิธีการทำ
นำไข่กืทั้ง 15 ฟอง เทน้ำมะพร้าวอ่อน นมเปรี้ยวลงไปปั่นร่วมกับน้ำตาลทรายแดง เมื่อปั่นเข้ากันดีแล้ว ใส่ยีตส์ผงลงไปในโถปั่น ปั่นผสมจนเข้ากันดีแล้ว เทกรอกใส่ขวด หรือ ถังพลาสติก โดยเปิดฝาขวดไว้ในช่วงแรก และใช้ถุงคลุมปิดไว้ ป้องกันแมลงที่จะเข้าไปในขวด ถ้าเป็นถังให้สามารถปิดไว้ได้เลย โดยในช่วง 7 วันแรกให้เขย่าขวดทุกวัน หรือคนถังทุกวัน หลังจาก 7 วันแล้วหมักต่อจนครบ 15 วัน จึงสามารถนำไปผสมน้ำรดหรือฉีดพ่นได้
วิธีการใช้งานและปริมาณใช้งาน
ใช้ฮอร์โมนไข่ 2-3 ช้อนแกง หรือ 20 Ml.ผสมน้ำ 20 ลิตร ฉีดพ่นในช่วงเช้า ทุกๆ 7 วัน หรือ ใช้ฮอร์โมนไข่ 2-3 ช้อนแกง หรือ 20 Ml.ผสมน้ำ 20 ลิตร รดที่โคนต้นทุกๆ 7 วัน
