I think the dad should get custody. From what From what I’ve seen he only cares about the kids and not forcing them to be someone they aren’t while the mom pushed the girls to dress and do the same activities. And the kids seem to like the father more.

1.Stefan should get Custody, Winter may care about her children but she doesnt have to moeny to support herself or the kids or she finds the worst way to get money (reality show)
2.Nicolas is a Jerk, he may want to protect his friend and not be a jerk entirely, but he really didn't treat his girlfriend kindly
3. I think she was opinionated but was also ignorant. Sure, she didnt want to attack her with this, but not actually listening to the other side/opinion is also not a great way to deal with things.
4. Ricky is a Hypocrite, he doesn't even want to make an effort to talk to his parents or sibling or maid.
I like Harlow and Harry together, but they might want to talk about a thing or two... I hope Harper will be okay or someone might save her???? Anyways, love your story and can't wait for the next episode!!!!!!

I think stefan should get the full custody.
Reasons:
1. He has a job
2. He cares about the kids and is really raising them
3. He is always the victim -> he was sleeping on the couch, got winter everything what she wanted otherwise winter would be mad. Winter is mean to him and she just forgot hayes wtf?!

1. I'm not sure who should take care of the kids. Both of the parents have serious issues.
2. I knew that Winter should not have become a part of that reality show.
3. Yes, I think that Nicolas is a jerk. Hopefully, this will be a learning experience and he will become a better person from this.
4. I believe that Charollette was not coming from a negative place. Everyone doesn't experience everything. Whether that is directly or indirectly. This was a perfect opportunity to have a conversation to answer questions so that is would have a better understanding. She might be able to help others or teach those in her position. You never know.
5. I think that Harper and Ricky can get through this. He was pushing it. Again communication is key and is lacking with everyone in this episode.
I'm too old to be watching this but it keeps me so entertained. Keep up the great work Ms. Queen.

And Winter would've left Hayes home alone if Harlow hadn't reminded her that I don't know, she has CHILDREN. Winter lacks responsibility so I feel like Stephan should have custody. And yes it was Harper's decision to run away but the parents arguing was the catalyst so I feel like they both take credit for her running away.

I mean she used to seduce Stephan for her wants (such as the dance studio).The issue is, according to this episode, someone's going to get full custody unless ForeignSimmer decides to change the story line. I personally think that Stephan deserves a second chance because he's been trashed a lot, forced to sleep on the couch and live up to Winter's expensive lifestyle. Also, custody deals with finance and FINANCIALLY speaking, Stephan is capable of doing that, he has savings and a stable income while Winter is gripping onto a show that might not even run for another season. I understand if you feel that a mother should be with their children and maybe joint custody might not be that bad but I see this as Stephan's redemption recovery from all the stress he had from financing all of Winter's desires (at the start) and Winter can be a drama queen so perhaps she could learn from that experience and make a mends with Stephan, even if it's just friendship. If they do get a divorce, Stephan will inevitably have to pay her off so do you really think it's fair that he must loose everything?
LoveLuna 111 I never said they should forget about their mother completely, in fact co-parenting would be a much better alternative in my opinion but if it does come to the case of full custody, Stephan would be a much better caregiver with the exception that the mother still can see them. They live in the same area so it's not like the kids will never see their mother. Overall full custody is a sensitive topic and I don't think it should be done BUT if it has to be then Stephan should get the kids with the exception that Winter will of course be their for her.
