Easy coffee walnut cake recipe
INGREDIENTS:
250 g butter
250 g sugar
250 g flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp lemon juice
5 eggs
100 g walnuts
2 cups espresso
Bake at 175•C, fan heat, for 35 minutes or until the toothpick comes out clean.
