Comb pliers tries to combine lineman’s pliers and slip joint pliers but can’t do any of them well. So we use two seperate pliers that each works perfect for what it does in North America 💪 tnx for video👍

Very interesting video. I've often heard Scoutcrafter talking about lineman's pliers and never really understood what they are.

Very cool video. Didn’t know lineman pliers weren’t used in the UK. Haven’t ever used combination pliers, but might pick some up now.

They are getting a bit more popular now. I’ve noticed a few you tubers in the uk trying them out

As a Brit only used combi"s & those Klein"s look spot on with the longer cutting blade 👌

1:54 there is a difference between the two designs of combination pliers. The Knipex is their regular combination pliers (they have a high leverage combination pliers as well) while the Klein’s are their high leverage combination pliers, not standard combination pliers.

I told you before I’d buy you one and mail it to you. Those are like 30-50cnd which is like half that in your dollars. I’d love to have a tools exchange type deal with someone in Europe. Especially for some of the nws stuff that’s hard to get here.

What is your experience between combination pliers vs linemans pliers (US) when you working in Europe?

Just seen as well the one that features on this video I actually sent back because i think it was fake. The handles on the red goes all the way to the end of the handles. All others go part way and the end is blue. I couldn't find another knipex linemans anywhere including the website where the handles were that style. Sent it back and bought another one
