In this video, we discuss how to use Redshift Post-FX to add a final polish and element of post-production to our renders without the need to leave Cinema 4D.

love redshift's PostFX! Wish to God they'd make it an AOV though so you could dial it up n down though

I don't think it has much sense to have AOV for PostFX. The sol purpose of PostFX is being able to do FX composting in Cinema4D/Redshift. If you want to do FX in After Effects, it's more interesting to use plugins like Sapphire FX or Red Giant Magic Bullet which are way more complex and versatile in terms of parameters and possibilities than the PostFX tab.

@@nicolasbesson13 losing any flexibility over the final image of it after it’s baked out of C4D is the thing that bites though
Octane renders its bloom & glare etc as a separate pass (and also looks more integrated in scenes vs Sapphire’s s_glint or Red Giant’s uni.glimmer / Shine in my experience)

You can actually create your own Post FX AOV by exporting the Beauty as an AOV from the AOV manager as that comes without any Post FX where as the one from the C4D dialog does, so by substracting one Beauty from the other you get left with just the Post FX!

Where are these Post FX settings, I've updated Redshift and I can't find them?
