The primary deck must be used in game 1. After that you can pick your primary, secondary or tertiary deck. So yes you can play the same deck for all the matches.

At 22:42 he could've picked the shadowstep, clear a 0/2 with his Agent, get him back, play him for 1 mana to kill the 2/2 then use the betrayal he picked, which in itself was another terrible pick, cuz if he was afraid of losing tempo to the 8/8s, why'd he leave a 5/4 take his tempo even earlier in the game, if at the first multiple choice he picked the evis, hed clear and play a minion... jesus christ that was hard to watch
