I remember my mum would do this but with eggs and you put a tortilla onto when the egg is still somewhat wet. I highly recommend.

I personally do not like to eat uncooked dough . If you wrap something in raw dough which has a liquid content then it will not fully bread . This goes for many types of cuisines around the world that usually put meats and other moist products into a raw dough sheet , but if you cut it in half , you can see the dough is not fully cooked . I read that raw dough can be extremely dangerous , and I want to avoid sufferings .
