It's bold releasing an album with fewer than 10 songs but this is absolutely FLAWLESS, not a single weak track
She has quite a few albums with only 9-10 songs on them.

No one possesses the right to dislike this legend's magical tone... Truly legendary.
I need Toni to make a video for this EXCELLENT song and for Island Records to promote it by getting it some key placements on TV and hopefully film too. "Gotta Move On" from the same album* recently became her 11th No. 1 Adult R&B hit, and I think this could be another.
Of course it DESERVES to return her to the top of the main R&B chart and the Hot 100, and I am an optimist. But I'm realistic about how radio unfairly puts many artists out to pasture as singles acts once they pass their early 30s. They give them little to no play regardless of how great their new songs are.
Meanwhile they constantly play the same songs by younger acts over and over, which ends up cheating the listeners. An example is the lack of radio play for Usher's masterful 2016 single "Crash," which had a video showing that in his late 30s, he still had it dancing-wise.
*SPELL MY NAME's first single "Do It" was her 9th, and her 10th was the Kem duet "Live Out Your Love" from his LOVE ALWAYS WINS album.

The best song on the album in my opinion. I love the country vibe taking me to Kenny Chesney’s “Dancin’ For The Groceries and Carrie Underwood’s “ooh, ooh, ooh” on “ Drinking Alone”...I think Toni should do a country album, I’m all the way down for that.
Yesss! TONI can do country like in 'PLACES' and 'LONG WAY HOME'. SHE can do rock like in 'LIES, LIES, LIES'. SHE even brings me jazz vibe with the live performances of 'OVERJOYED' and 'ALL IN LOVE IS FAIR'. HER 'MAYBE' is so much rhythm of a rap song. And HER 'THE ART OF LOVE' with just whispers and breaths... Yes, SHE is EVERYTHING!!
