Is it ok to start detoxing opening the pathways while on medication? I have lupus, hashimotos and fibromyalgia. I’m taking prednisone currently for a recent flare, naproxen and a muscle relaxant.
Oooh, you sound like me. What I was told, to do before you start really detoxing is to get your gut in order first. Kinda makes sense bc if your gut is leaky, detoxing will push all those toxins you’re releasing into your bloodstream and you could get sicker. Now I’m not positive in this, just something I was told by a health coach.

My fast journey has cured my SIBO but I had have wicked hives and I was hoping I was just killing Biofilm and they are floating in my lymph or something. I use all the Cytodetox products as well as coffee enemas, scrub and sweat. Thanks for all your information it’s so helpful.
Fasting- IF 20 +24 hours + Keto+ Everyday Coffee Enemas + Lots of Bind + many rounds of different Systemic Formulas
It did throw my hormones and give me Hives but no more SIBO😁
I also forgot to the most important thing- I binge watch Dr.Joe Dispenza especially all the healing testimonies
Healing is a journey 😁💕
@@ryria6301 what’s your fav antimicrobials?
I like rebounding on the mini trampoline in my house 👍
I do this too
What are the benefits of jumping fasted?
Timoti Alban I don’t have specifics but assuming it’s like any exercise while fasted. I do it first thing just a few minutes when I’m morning puffy and sluggish and it gets things moving. Incorporate it into my HIIT too for low impact sessions.
@@StankaKordic mobilizes lymph :)
I have rebounding shoes called Kangoo Jumps! They're a bit pricey but fun. I used to take classes and liked it so much I bought my own pair. They've kind of sat in the corner, but after watching this, I'll be sure to use them often.
Great information thank you for sharing! I have a very nice red/green/blue light therapy device. Would that work for moving lymph?
Loofah armpits in the shower!! Got it!!!😁👍🏽❤️
Why we need to open those pathways?

Great video as always. I also use a vibration plate for lymph movement. How long is it ok to take Bind or an activated charcoal supplement? No limit? Until weight goal?
No, there's a limit, and you should only take them before a longer fast.
So you mean before washing off the sweat from sauna you should put cbd and essentials at that time or after getting clean?
After you clean. 🙂

I've just discovered you, Dr. Mindy, and I'm already loving my results. You've talked about toxic deodorants and I'm wondering if you mean the one's with aluminum or are all deodorants toxic? I've notice in the past 2-3 years my body order has changed pretty dramatically and I need the deodorant. What do you recommend? Thank you.
Look here for an organic deodorant. 🙂

What would one do that has many medical problems and on disability and cannot afford these lights or sauna let alone getting procedures done somewhere
Thank you for your message and sharing with me, unfortunately, I cannot touch on this not knowing your medical history. I would highly advise reaching out to your health practitioner to discuss the best possible solution for YOU 💙

Can you do cupping to open up pathways?
Don’t know what that is

Dr Pelz, what about the use of charcoal tablets to detox?
I recommend the BIND. Here: revelationhealth.com/products/systemic-formulas-404-bind-toxin-elimination?_pos=2&_sid=8da67a699&_ss=r&afmc=w8&
Hello Dr Mindy, what advice would you give to someone who sweats (armpits) excessively? Is it just hereditary/anxiety? Can anything be done about it? Thanks!!
I'm confused about the difference of dry brushing and a loofah??? 🤔
They are just different tools!
