    • @exotique71
      @exotique71 Před rokem +6

      @@mybodymybestfriendnot a typo. A rebounder has a different kind of bounce than a regular trampoline: it offers more resistance compared to the bounce you can experience on a garden trampoline and is used for workout and strength-building purposes rather than recreation. Activated charcoal and Bentonite Clay are great binders. I take them for liver flushes. I also do coffee enemas but that would probably fall under the gut video.
    If you take the clay, don't use metal to scoop it out as it will deactivate the healing properties. Use plastic. Also you want to rehydrate it by mixing it in the morning and waiting 10 hours to drink it

    Great informative video. I’ve tried to loose weight for over a year now. It seems that the only thing I can do successfully is to gain weight; specifically belly fat. I think that this video is touching on my root problem. I’m going to try the suggestions regarding drainage of the lymphatics. I am extremely fragrance sensitive to the point that if one person enters church with hair spray, I become dizzy, get a headache and become mentally fogged. Hence I cannot go to church. So, I think both the belly fat and fragrance sensitivity are from the same root problem. Do you feel that I can be successful without the Seng and Bind? They are a bit spendy for my budget. Are there others similar formulations that would be as effective? Thank you so much for sharing these vital facts.

Second day, same skin feeling, woke up the following morning with very swollen tonsils (understandable connection with lymph), also had about 15 1/4” wide red spots all over my body that would not even begin to heal for about 6 weeks (despite trying MULTIPLE things) until I tried a 17 hour fast. I don’t know what they are (they’re still somewhat here). They don’t itch or hurt, they’re not filled with anything. Very strange. I haven’t dry brushed since. 🤷🏻‍♀️

    Thanks for the amazing video!
    Dr. Mindy recommends an organic dry brush. Any suggested brand? I haven't found an organic one anywhere in internet.
    Many thanks

    Can you give any information about fasting ( 24 hours) and the gut Microbiome in relation to the skin/ lymph. My fast journey has cured my SIBO but I had have wicked hives and I was hoping I was just killing Biofilm and they are floating in my lymph or something. I use all the Cytodetox products as well as coffee enemas, scrub and sweat. Thanks for all your information it’s so helpful.

      Timoti Alban I don’t have specifics but assuming it’s like any exercise while fasted. I do it first thing just a few minutes when I’m morning puffy and sluggish and it gets things moving. Incorporate it into my HIIT too for low impact sessions.

      I have rebounding shoes called Kangoo Jumps! They're a bit pricey but fun. I used to take classes and liked it so much I bought my own pair. They've kind of sat in the corner, but after watching this, I'll be sure to use them often.

      No, there's a limit, and you should only take them before a longer fast.

    I've just discovered you, Dr. Mindy, and I'm already loving my results. You've talked about toxic deodorants and I'm wondering if you mean the one's with aluminum or are all deodorants toxic? I've notice in the past 2-3 years my body order has changed pretty dramatically and I need the deodorant. What do you recommend? Thank you.

    Is it ok to start detoxing opening the pathways while on medication? I have lupus,hashimotos and fibromyalgia. I’m taking prednisone currently for a recent flare, naproxen and a muscle relaxant.

    • @PJAndersson733
      @PJAndersson733 Před 3 lety

      Oooh, you sound like me. What I was told, to do before you start really detoxing is to get your gut in order first. Kinda makes sense bc if your gut is leaky, detoxing will push all those toxins you’re releasing into your bloodstream and you could get sicker. Now I’m not positive in this, just something I was told by a health coach.
