Sister if u using any hard case cover on ur mackbook and they block the clearance of ur screen with keyboard then due to heat dissipation screen will be damaged .I read many apple forum and apple clearly said don’t used any case cover and screen guard on screen they block the clearance during closing the lid.And may be ur screen damage.I think ur case cover damage ur screen. This thing sound impractical but if u read apple forum regarding air screen damage.90% case happened due to any case cover or temper glass.
Yeah it is one of core reason that will end up screen damaging. As mac has already very slight gap when you close b/w its keyboard and screen, the moment you start using screen guard boom every time it will have extra pressure on screen when you close it. So may be that is the reason people end up loosing its screen.
By what you have mentioned in video looks like "flexgate issue" but this shouldn't have occurred in newer M1 models. If you given in unauthorized repair shop they would have charged you like within 500 Rs (which is the actual cost for this issue, if he is trusted person, otherwise that person will charge somewhere around 20k to 50k) for a display cable that is connected to display and motherboard.
They have convinced you saying it's "Intentionally damaged", search for "black screen in MacBook" in CZcams itself and you will know it's a completly faulty design.
Same issue will again come if you open you Mac more than 90 degree angle. Kindly research for "flexgate issue" in Google & also in CZcams. The same crack wasn't there in starting of the your video

But Aaj 30 August ko mere paas call aaya support team se ki congratulations mayank aapka mac ki screen free me replace hojayegi and we are glad you chose apple. Point to note : 1. Apple is king in customer service only when you have not damaged the device 2. Always include when you are talking to support team that you are a student and can't afford 40k screen and ye mac aapke papa mummy ne bhaut mehnat se dilaya hai 3. Always talk politely to the service centre and support team member they are the only one who can help 4. Never first go to service centre always talk with support team first 5. Always buy a mac on student id while making such decisions apple sees if you are a student or not if yes the chances of free repair increases 10 times I hope my experience helps others

I have been working on fixing MacBook motherboards since last 10 years with 100% success rate & no returns, let me tell you something. firstly coming to your issue, people worldwide faced this issue of screen cracked out of the blue on M1 2337/2338 MacBook Pro & Air with no good reason. all MacBook Pro models from 2016 to 2020 M1 are not worth spending on. anything from 2021 & later, you can go ahead to purchase it.

apple fused the display cable to the display. if the cable breaks you will have to replace the whole display which can cost a few hundred bucks
