- Hi everyone! We were SO excited to be back in our favourite place in the world, on Universal Studios property. We spent the day at Islands of Adventure with our friends. Check out their channel below too :)

Amazing day at Islands fab that you have express passes. Can’t wait to get the kids on the rides at universal they will love them. Last time we went Emily was only 6! Panda Express looked great. Can’t beat that value

We go in May this year staying in endless summer dockside! Our first time in Florida together as we are 21. These vids are getting us excited!!
We stayed at Surfside in 2019 and loved it. If you haven't already seen it check out Cheers Ears as they stayed at Dockside just after Christmas and fell in love with the place. Have an awesome time in May 😎

That tip regarding having your uber/lyft pick up and drop off at a resort hotel is a very good one. What a saving. Will definitely be doing that. We love Hard Rock Hotel, any excuse to visit even if it's just to say and outside the lobby and wait for your Uber 👍. Another entertaining vlog guys ♥️
We're the same lol. Such a great hotel and that smell in the lobby is to die for. They have free lobby wifi too so it's a great spot to sit and wait ... or visit the gift shop 😉😎
@@TD3Vlogs if I remember correctly if you walked from the park to Hard Rock the only way of getting in was a side gate that was locked/guests only. How did you get into the Hotel? It's the gate the enters you near the pool. That lobby smell, IKEA have a blue scented candle that is the exact whiff of the lobby. Can't remember the name, think it was sea breeze ♥️
There is usually a steady flow of people heading in that direction but you can walk to the main entrance which we did on one occasion. Will definitely have to try and find that in IKEA now - thanks for the heads up 😊

Fabulous vlog at Universal,which is also my happy place.Every time I say I am going to book a package holiday to experience Disney,I just can’t do it,I always change my mind,I am definitely a Universal person.I last visited in January this year and I know how you guys felt,after being gone from the parks for so long,it is amazing being back.I I was so happy for you.I was lucky at the end of January,the wait time for Hagrid’s was often around 30 minutes to 1 hour at times,so I was able to ride multiple times.My favourite Voodoo doughnut is the Universal orange one on a stick.Having the express pass is a huge bonus too,so great of Universal to do that for you.I love having express pass,it is so much easier to get onto more rides and saves a lot of time,I once rode 23 rides in a day using express pass.l adore visiting at this time of year for the Mardi Gras parade and food options,atmosphere is electric,though my luggage allowance takes a battering due to all the beads I pack in my suitcase,lol.I am booked to return in September,can’t wait.Your family is the best❤️💛💚💜

April 2020 trip cancelled days before we were due to go. Looking forward to going back in 2023, your videos are making us look forward to that trip.

I actually love burger digs at the Jurassic Park area it’s always been my favourite fast food there, the chicken tenders are lovely and always get the chilli cheese fries😊 loving these vlogs so great to see use finally get back❤️

We have decided to get a dog that's around one year old rather than a pup now and Jimmy is beyond excited. We would still love a lab but we will have to see. Yours sounds lovely and great minds thinking alike on names 😊

We had the same problem from our 2019 trip. Upgraded for 2020 and never used them . They've honoured them as a 6 month annual pass after our 1st use of them on our return in August . Cannot grumble at that. Great service.
They have been superb and seem to have used the pandemic as an opportunity rather than an excuse like the mob down the road have.

Ah Jeanine, you must be beyond excited. We did Velocicoaster three times during the trip and can say hand on heart that it was absolutely incredible. Have an amazing time and enjoy every second ❤️

Loved the videos so far! We go in November and just doing universals. Crazy as our children are 4,3 and 1 but I think everyone can have fun at universals.

Every water ride gets yearly maintenance from December to march. They just really change the boards that cause the rapids, check everything over, replace gates and stuff, add things here or there, and finish by repainting the entire thing to pristine condition, reopening right on schedule.
We were just so happy that Jurassic River Adventure was open as that is one of our favourite things and going through those gates is beyond immersive. Just love it

Loved the video, reminded me of my November 2021 trip and the Thanksgiving week when it was manic. Glad we had the week before and the Friday when we did Orlando informer meetup. Can't wait to get back to HHN in October, as well as meet up with Rick and Nikki again.

Great vlog. We arrived 21st Feb and the queue for islands was exactly the same but we still had an amazing time . We felt like you and couldn’t believe we were back after 2 years of waiting. I’ve still got the holiday blues so these vlogs are helping me with the blues lol x

The thing is you need to get on both Volicoaster and Hagrid's in quick succession as they get busy quick and last all day but also break down over the day so do them early and as soon as possible. you can do hulk later as that got retracked last year and maybe Poseidon's Fury as that reopened but all the work was backstage and the water tunnel was redone other than being repainted. It looks new again but the shoe hasn't changed though except no audience help as the pandemic restrictions. Disney is doing the same with the Indiana Jones Stunt Show as people can't be picked out to do role on stage instead its more voice play now. its still fun.

Gosh, that seems like a lifetime ago now and there have been that many changes at Disney I wouldn't know where to start. They were still building the skyliner when we were there. Lovely resort though 😍

@@TD3Vlogs we've just booked to go in 2024, a long way off but our boys will be 4 & 8 and we've only been once before when our eldest was almost 3. Cannot wait and it's going to be a Universal based trip, with maybe SeaWorld/Discovery Cove which we've never done. Love your videos and this has definitely made me consider buying some express passes for one or two days of the trip. ☀️🎢😀
I would definitely recommend booking a night in one of the deluxe hotels. That way the four of you will get Express passes for two days (day of check in and check out) and more often than not it is cheaper than buying express for one day

We did Velocicoaster later in the trip. It was hard walking past it on this day but we had such a lovely time with Charlotte, Rob & Paisley and Hagrids was the #1 target for the day. Hope you're having a lovely weekend. Take care ❤️

Brilliant video . What’s your thoughts on buying the combo from attraction tickets or do you book universal directly on the app. Do you get any return tickets for free or discounted if you say go to islands of adventure but they tempt you to visit universal studios ?
I'd recommend checking all ticket providers before hiting the button. We had used AttractionTickets and Floridatix in the past and one year we got the tickets as part of our package holiday with Virgin. Definitely get the three park, park to park ticket for Universal 👍

Hi Charlene. At the current time you don't need to make reservations for the parks at Univers which makes life a lot easier and you don't need to wear masks if you are fully vaccinated. Again, this could change at anytime but that is how it is at the moment 👍👍👍

You kinda are loyal to Gideons and Voodoo here. both are big emporiums for baked goods. Voodoo is from Seattle started by a couple of college knuckleheads that were just goofing around an industrial Kitchen and made a business out of it. Gideon's is a local intuition of cakes and cookies that just wanted to make good cookies and it just simply expanded. Gideon's is more about a slightly dark humor in their building like Tim Burton style stuff still fun. Their building in Disney springs is modeled after a haunted library which the books light up and shake every once in a while. still fun.

You got the city wrong. Voodoo Doughnuts originated in Portland, Oregon... they don't even have a branch in Seattle.
Hi, I’ve been watching all of you’re Florida videos this weekend and absolutely loving them. I would really like to go next Easter with my husband and two children for the first time. Can I ask who you book through? Do you book a package or do you book flights and accommodation yourself separately? Also, when I researched it all a year ago, you could get a dining plan that worked out really reasonable. I think this has all gone now. So I imagine it’s much more expensive? Have you done it both ways? And have you ever been at Easter? Thanks so much. Any advice much appreciated x
Hi Kate. I'll link a video below which will hopefully be useful 🤞 The free Dining plan at Disney still hasn't been brought back and people have different opinions as to whether it ever will. We have booked flights and hotels once in the past and got a great deal but with things as they are in the world we would only book packages at the moment. We haven't been over Easter but have been at Christmas and would expect that it would be similarly busy but there aren't many quiet times of the year left now. Hope that the video gives you some good tips about finding deals. Happy hunting and any questions please give us a shout.

Definitely - not huge fans of Greggs to be honest. If you want an amazing dougnut over here then get ordering from Project D. They are amazing and ship nationwide 🍩🍩
Panicked when we saw Dudley Doo was closed for refurbishment, my daughter said will it be open in September? It's her favourite ride and she nearly had a meltdown while I checked, BTW she's 21!
