There won't be any issues. Here in Canada, one year course means 8 months (2 semesters each of 4 months)

I got email from this college about deadline of study permit approval letter and international student form but my study permit and visa hasn't come yet , and what if visa and poe doesn't come before deadline?
They might cancel your admission, if urs cancel are offline and u didn't receive your visa. At least you should have PPR and then you can mail to college and take permission that u will reach Canada late bcz of this reason.
