You find out who you real friends are for sure. While some of it just may be the normal course of friendships ending because people get married, have kids, and all the life stuff sucks up all your time, but you really do find out who genuinely loves and cares about you! Great video Jeremy!!

I couldn't agree more. A sense of humor is what will help you through this.

However very true! The hard part is letting your loved ones become your care givers

Great tips! You should give a TED Talk. I suspect I have PD or some other motor/neuro problem but haven’t told anyone except my doctor who has now sent in a referral for neuro testing. I haven’t talked to anyone about it yet. It’s lonely trying to navigate alone but your discussion tonite makes me feel more comfortable about the conversation I’ll have with family and friends when the time comes. Thank you.

I agree about the relationship aspect regarding not unloading on your partner when you are in a black mood. I don't go there. I just go for a walk or jump on my ebike, or go into the garage and pump some iron. Keep busy and try to block out the negative thoughts. Which I know is easier said than done. Keep smiling.
