You would have to go to your mouse settings and reduce the sensitivity.

@@timom8331 Well it turns out there is, in the brakes option, there is a option called "Maximum Per Wheel" I set it to 607 Nm for my XFG. And now when I brake the car doesn't brake very aggressively

Try new settings, if you like it then its good.
You need to fix the gear ratio, pit then look until you see "final drive" click on it and increase the bar
