Whaaat??? Are you for real??? Where do you even get your infos Pakistanis? Transgenders are not the same with hermaphrodite. Being transgender is a choice and even if for example you have both genitals of a male and female, your chromosomes will still tell you if you are a male or female. These guys are mixing intersex and transgender. Intersex are born with ambiguous sexual identity, BUT transgender are born normal either male or female..and later change their sex.
