If you're looking for the oil lever sensor it's on the oil sump under the car.

@@Fizzy.g i use the forge blow off valve it sounds amazing. And im not sure if that was and issue with the ram air. But i remember when i put the filter on with the steel pipes i got it to sound louder after adjusting how inside they were of each other so i may try a reinstall.
Also when i buy this sport cat i may ask a mechanic to do it for me as i don't have allot of tools
Yeah it's not the easiest job to do however the tools that are needed for it aren't too complex u just need alot of time as it can be quite fiddly

Oh. The engine should be the same for the Mk5/6 1.4 TSI twincharged and single turbo it's the same setup. What's your setup?
@@Fizzy.g EA211, turbo is mounted on the rear of the head against the firewall, chargepiping and intake run parallel towards the front of the car. Down pipe is also shaped very differently from yours since it doesn’t need to go underneath the oil pan.
We have the ea211 aswell but that's in the mk7 golf and that platform

Yeahhh bro I'd love to put on one but it's currently out of my budget. If I can get far enough on CZcams I'll definitely invest more into the channel and the car and then hopefully I'll have enough to get a nice spoiler for it
the DV+ seem to mess up the turbo boost somtimes.. ECU will report a underboost .. the spring of the DV+ might be too hard , suggested to go back stock.
It'll only mess up boost when working incorrectly most people have these issues when the piston needs oiling so when it's not it doesn't move as smoothly and then it can sometimes mess up the boost. Either that or sometimes people unintentionally get a fake one as there are many fakes going around

Happy new year. A sports cat still has a catalytic converter but it's a high flowing one and it does pass MOT but a decat doesn't have any catalytic converter in it at all therefore it will fail MOT

How did you change your steering wheel? Did you have change the module as well?
I'll do a full video on it once I get it fully working. To get the buttons working you do need a module however there's hundreds of different ones and I need to work out which one works with my car
I'm looking to get a petrol car decent power good mpg,what do u reccomend for me? Was looking at a golfmk6 1.4 tsi like urself not too sure what my options are , my budget is 4-5k . In this price range what else can I pick up . Only alternative would be the Leon 1.4 tsi which is basicly the same thing. Loving the vids keep it up my bro

Yeah bro the 1.4 is a great balance between power and economy. Normal driving you'll get around 36mpg and motorway I've managed to get 48 before but with fast driving then you're looking at abt 29 mpg

You could go for the 1.4 tfsi A3 2008-2012 that's built on the exact same platform and same engine as it is their luxury brand it will be a more luxury car with the same reliability if you do get one though I would only recommend the s line version as it has the best spec list

The backbox delete was roughly £150 and the tips we're seperate as I bought carbon fibre tips. The garage custom made it all for me

My 1.4tsi only gives me 200 miles on a full tank n white smoke even when it’s warm it’s got a timing chain issue but noise went when warmed up but I was going to fix this week anyway, but don’t know if it’s just that issue now, these engines meant to b good but I think I’ve just got abit of bad luck on this one
The timing chain sounds like it needs doing however it doesn't seem like it's caused any damage yet. And the white smoke it's depends bro have you given it a full service? You should be getting roughly 300miles on a full tank
@@Fizzy.g Yh I’m going to change timing chain and hopefully that fixes the issues and yes ive done full service apart from fuel filter, and for the white smoke my coolant isn’t going down so ive been told it might possibly Be the pistons

Yeah aslong as your a person who will look after it so for example, always cold start it, do oil changes on time and never rev the car out while it's cold then it's a great car. It's probably the best balance between good enough power to have a bit of fun and good mpg

Yeah that's completely fine it just means it'll be a bit quieter than mine but I honestly think that's probably better mine is a bit too loud with no backbox + the sports cat. Send me a video on my insta when you fit it in interested to see what it sounds like

Oh. Naa bro mines completely fine check your lambda sensor maybe it's unplugged or become loose. I'd recommend scanning the car with an obd device and see which code is causing the error. Because if the cat is lambda sensor is working then it shouldn't throw up any codes
Just fitted mine today did yours have a burning smell after fitting it? Mine smells been fitted properly everything is tight
The only smell you should get is a petrol smell out of the back of the exhaust and maybe a slight burning smell for the first few starts

The burning smell is sometimes just the oils off the decat from when it was manufactured so just the impurities on the surface just getting burnt off and then after that it'll be just a petrol smell that you'd get

the normal 200 cc downpipe is like, 800 euros, this one is only like 200 so it feels like its a little to cheap if you know what i mean (bad quialit, cheap material, problems with fitting etc)?? do you have problems so far with it or had any with it??
The quality of the pipe id say is a good 7/10 overall. And no I've never had any issues with the build. I will also be selling a decat pipe so if you want those big flames let me know if you're interested

I'm gonna put it up for £120 on eBay However for subscribers I'm gonna give you guys 10% off and yeah I don't think it'll be too loud. Vw cars are set up to be progressive so after abt 3k revs it'll start to get loud but you'll be driving fast so its meant to be loud but when you're cruising I don't think it'll drone at all. For me the sports cat doesn't even drone and a decat isn't that much louder it just gives even better performance

It depends on the circumstances. 99% of the time a decat is better as it gives better performance and it's has a better sound. Sports cats are mainly to meet certain regulations but if you're not bothered in that then I'd say just go straight for that decat to get everything u can out of the engine and they also work out to be cheaper

It won't fit your Mk5 golf GT as that's a twincharged version so it has a different turbo therefore a different downpipe. I will be making a video the downpour for your car next month

1 port for the oxygen sensor however the car has 2 sensors. One is in the downpipe and the other is further down along the exhaust

@@Fizzy.g sports cats aren't supposed to sound as loud & obnoxious as decats. This is the first video that has popped up on my recommended list, too. I'm not sure why I'd be inclined to watch others, though, to be fair.
It's the same as a decat just had a 200 cell core the flow is still more or less the same which means the sound will be aswell
