@@franklinreinoza I have a 15 gallon and he seems fine, they'll pick a hole in your rock and they will make it their home. Make sure you have a high flow because they poop so much more then my other fish. People have said sometimes they nip zoas but I have so many zoas frags in my tank and they're all fine.
Hahah I don't trust either of those. I had a blenny that nipped my Duncan coral pretty bad. Also my hermits like to nip zoas too. Maybe i have bad luck who knows?
Wierd my turbo snails used to only eat algae of the glass maybe I had some other species are you discussing astraea or mexican or that other species the turban one I think it was?
@@zafishguy5166 turbo snails are normal the best algae eaters. Mine never goes on the glass but destroys any hair algae I get or any type of algae really
Emerald crab will clean up that algae on the rock pretty good! As far as the sand or glass is get some Astrea snails. They won't knock over the corals like turbos will
Danny's Aquariums in one of my nano aquariums when I added the goby you should have seen the way it ate all the algae off the rocks! Plus in a system like yours it would love beautiful !
Hi, I’m 12 years old, I’m from Bangladesh. I love ur videos !!!!!! I have a 60 gallon mixed reef tank with a sump. I was thinking of setting up a 20 inch 35 gallon lps dominated AIO cube reef tank. I want to keep a pair of clownfish, 1 royal gramma basslet, and 1 mandarin dragonet, so I need a refugium in the back, what other equipments do u think I should get excluding the return pump, wave makers and the light. I was thinking of also getting 1 fire shrimp, 4 nassarius snails, 2 cerith snails and 6 trochus snails. Is that going to be too may clean up crew or will it be too less? Can u please answer this question, thank you in advance.
You only feed corals once or twice a month? Or you feed them more often just target feed them once or twice a month? Also does the amount and how often vary depending on the species?
I target feed them once or twice a month. Some corals need more pellets than others. I dose reef energy plus multiple times a week (amino acids, carbohydrates, etc.).
Hey Danny do you use a lens filter when you shoot your video or are your whites that bright that the blues don't distort your picture? My blue are super bright and it really messes with the GoPro lense.
@@DannysAquariums wow yea I guess they are! My blues are Hella bright and distort the hell out of the picture. I have a yellow lense for my camera. Haven't used it yet though. I'm just starting my channel. What editing software do you use? Great videos by the way man 👍🏻 Nice camera work!
@@DannysAquariums Hey buddy just uploaded my first edited video to my channel. Lots to learn about filming and editing before I get to your level but hope it's decent. Let me know what you think! czcams.com/video/L1pYYZM7eRo/video.html

U wish I could chime in but I'm inexperienced and here to learn from u for my own salt water journey 🤘🏻🥺
best to use a syringe when target feeding, its more precise and it doesn't suspend food in the water thus leading to less phosphate for that algae.
Thanks for the tip!
Love the music and your videos. Nicely done
Such a beautiful reef!
Hele leuke video weer!!
Thanks Kevin!
Turbo snail for algae. I have just one in my 13 gallon. All I never need. I only clean algae off the glass.

Hi!!!
Sea hares for the hair algae
Use vibrant to remove the green algae.
Thanks for the suggestion, I may try that later.
How long you leave the pump off after feeding
About 30 minutes.
Mandarin goby!!!
I love mandarin gobies!

Hi! I do not use a filter lens. Just my phone camera. I guess my whites are bright.

Do you feed them everyday?
No, that would crash the whole system. 😝
Hi how often do you feed your corals
I covered this in the video.
H×W×L Dimension?
How u feed the corals when u travel for 10 days?
I don't. This food is not necessary to give,. They can survive 10 days without this food for sure.
is this an anemone ?
Which one?
he calls it target feeding but to me, a guy who knows nothing about this feels like its more like neighpalming vietnam
Hey danni do you ■foo the flower horn■
I don’t understand. What do you mean?
just get red sea ab+
I will not, don't like Red Sea, and I have agreements with other companies.
