Also parkzer is definitely not living under a rock, he’s a lawyer, cop, somewhat doctor and like 4 other different things, man is doing side quests all day every day all of his life, he’s on the grind constantly
Doug has recently coded a way for him or chat to ask a question (either chat or voice recognition), and have an ai respond to it (also changing the character the ai is supposed to be in both the text that it responds with and the voice ai that says it on stream) the streams have been crazy, like when chat played a chess game against napoleon Bonaparte

further elaboration: his brother is Davey Wreden, aka basically the creator of the stanley parable. if you look between them you can kinda see the similarities in humour.
I live in the UK, and let me tell you, if you or Doug had ever spent a year in the UK, you wouldn't be so surprised by those "favorite season" results. Also, winter has the best holiday, and that's probably the biggest reason why it won.
I'm Australian, and summer can go straight to hell. It'll probably be cooler there.
It's cold so you have an excuse to stay inside, cosy up, treat yourself and stay warm with comfy clothing and bedding, fireplaces etc. You get all the hot chocolates and soups which hit harder in the winter, especially when it snows (snow being the rarest and best weather). Christmas is the best holiday, at least when the spirit of the season manages to hit.
Summer is bright out, but too hot. You get freedom and holidays/vacations, but also you're subjected to all the kids (both decent and shitty) flooding around the place when school breaks for summer.
Spring and autumn are decent, but they're both kinda rainy half-measure versions of summer and winter. Not as extreme, for better and worse
A dougdoug video that i would highly recommend is "I speedrun Peggle, but Twitch Chat shoots half my shots." there are no words to express the ride that was that video

2:38 PTSD about school is overriden by the Hellscape of Heat that is Modern Summer. I propose to you the following concept: If things get chilly, you can put something on. If things get warm, you can take things off. You can put things on infinitely, and be fairly cozy. How much can you *take off* before you'd have to start peeling your skin off?
all this to say i agree that spring is best because you have a moderate transition from cool to warm, letting you take things off if you're outside instead of having to put things on and thereby take extra clothes

Both Spring and Fall are superior season to summer!
