Lately, the weather and environment have become extremely hot. Our normal body temperature is around 98.6°F (37°C).
However, during a heat wave, sun exposure can increase this temperature, leading to a condition called hyperthermia.
Hyperthermia occurs when the body overheats, causing several changes. Intense body heat can lead to high blood pressure, which can result in brain hemorrhage or damage to neurons.
Excessive heat exposure can also cause weakness, increase diabetes levels, and bring on headaches and nausea, all of which may trigger a brain stroke.
