I don't know what they are but I had a ton of those a few years back in a tank that was cycling in my living room. every evening there would be a ton of gnats all over the ceiling. As soon as the fish went in the gnats stopped.
In this case, once the shrimp went it I'm net seeing the worms any more. 🙂
that is not a soldier fly larvae those look like a blood worm to me
