    He doesn’t realize that if he gets enough magnets the pull is so strong even 3 items will pull the stack with it

    On the magnet claw. When you have a big ball of death, don't try picking it up in the center. Instead try keeping the big ball of death on the right side of the magnet claw. It'll get far more over the wall.
    There are 2 ways I know of that can weaponize the fluff. They both start with water in some method. Either swamp perk or water bottle. Then one of the bath bombs. Either Lava(each fluff does 2 damage to nearest target) or Poison (each fluff does 1 poison to nearest target).

      @adorkmoreon3599 good intel, we did an earlier run with Swamp + Poison bath bomb and it was ok. I'm committed to doing some fluff testing this week and see if we can get one of those builds to pop off. Should be interesting!

      @@aldenpotamus on a side note. If you are going to do a fluff build don't grab the dark sword. I killed a couple times with that.

    If you slow down game speed it affect your grabs too. Slower=more makes to drop spot

      @kenlange7395 interesting... I also found out today that Bernie's timer is changed by the speed setting in the game. I think the devs probably need to re-tool the way they're doing the speed setting so that it doesn't effect the simulation or have other side effects. I tried playing on normal today to test with Bernie and the game just doesn't feel great on the lower speeds for me at least. Thank you for the tip though!

    The real problem seemed to be hoarder. You were doing okay with the magnet claw, but hoarder allowed ten extra items to be in the pit at once, and that's when you started having trouble.

      There's definitely a fine line here... once the blob gets too big things start to get a little wonky. Sticking with smaller items helps a lot too, for instance I did another run recently where I only took daggers and poison daggers both of which are very small and I was able to get a lot more items in the blob while still being able to move it around.

    What got me was the rejection of junkjet on a character that heals whenever it does damage. You consitently got 8-10 items per turn, which is a consitent 8-10 healing every turn for free with the new items being added back in.

      So this was my first time playing the Count... and the interaction between Junk Jet and Vampire fangs is strong to the point of being broken, but it honestly feels a bit like a bug to me. Moving forward I probably won't play with the combo as it feels like it trivializes the game a bit. Either way I pick up Junk Jet later in this run and realize how strong it is.

    junk jet is th ultimate skill to have with vampire as at the end of every turn your enemy gets alot of damage and you get alot of health

      I think this probably ought to be nerfed if I'm being honest. The combo is a little too easy to get and trivializes a lot of the game... It would probably make sense for the damage from Junk Jet to be attributed to something other than the play (like the cat pet on Feline works). I had another run recently with 4ish Vampire's and it was healing like 60+ per turn.

    Not sure if you learn it later in the video or not but the vampire still works with spikes so spike shields do work great because you heal off the spike damage so like one or 2 even with no block still works great

      @killuaxandxgonxotaku4371 I knew it worked with Junk Jet, but I wasn't aware it works with spikes, so that's another cool interaction! A full spikes build is another one that I'd like to do soon!

      @hopelesswishes I'd upgrade it to "amazing item" as you can get the counts passive from the Vampire Fangs and then anyone can heal to full every turn! Might need some balancing though :)

    I wonder. And suspect that VampireThulu heals BOTH players for his vampirism level when he attacks, a literal double edged sword that could heal you should you block his damage with the holy shield or more normally.
    But the description of his abilities is unclear and could use debugging OR toll tips perhaps to show up on the player themselves.

      Interesting theory... at the moment it seems like any time you deal damage it triggers vampire fangs so think would make sense. Some of the mechanics definitely require a little bit of experimentation to totally understand. For instance I learned today that damage from spikes also triggers Fangs.
      I've said this a few times, but I think Vampire Fangs probably needs to be nerfed to only effect very specific sources of damage (and not Junk Jet).

    1:07:46 buddy has not gone infinite I’ve seen runs go to 58 and be stopped because they realized they scaled to fast and it wouldn’t end

      @Steadyforkempire might be a slight exaggeration on infinite... as I don't have infinite time, but this run went to floor 20 and we have over 1000 health and are healing for like 100+ per round, so I can't imagine a world in which the game scales faster than us (as we're still scaling.
