A PO box is small, large parcels are usually stored somewhere else and small parcels/letters are left in the box, if a PO has rotating staff they will only look in the box itself, not for the parcels stored elsewhere. I live in Australia and this is what has happened to me on a quite regular basis, of course now I just ask whoever serves me to check for my pile and don’t accept an empty handed response if I know a parcel/parcels should be there, regualr staff know me and will hand over my pile when they see me front up to the counter. It must have been very frustrating to have that happen, and your anger was justified, hopefully it will be all good from now on.

I love your channel, always thrilled to see Nelson. I just lost my Little Lady, she was runt of the litter and we had worked so hard to keep her with us but she just wasn't strong enough. But, I was able to give her warm snuggles til the end. Am feeling so sad without her, but know that she is finally able to run after butterflies in a warm meadow over the rainbow bridge. Sorry for the sad story, but just needed to tell someone who is as crazy about her cat as I was.

With bye bye undereye, read the directions and follow them. I’ve seen so many people try it and hate it but they just try and put it directly on their skin and blend it out immediately. But if works best when it can sit on your skin for a few minutes, so I usually put it on my hand while I do another step in my makeup, and then put it on.

my post office steals stuff from me sometimes.
one time i won a planner/agenda from a company, it shipped from california to midwest USA to me. the item arrived in my town. didn’t get delivered to my house (this is my USPS, not fedex or UPS or anything). got sent back to california.
i messaged the company & told them how it never went out for delivery to my house, and they said, when they got the package back they were so confused so they opened it, and literally the product was taken out of the box inside the envelope, the box put back, and the envelope taped back up.
i was so infuriated & nothing ever came of it, i got nothing in the end, and nothing was done at my post office.
That sounds like such an awful situation but glad it’s sorted now for you! What happened with the opened parcel from the beginning of the video?

DHL is our main delivery Service here in Germany and usually they are really good but this time its just freaking me out. My Bf send me a birthday gift. Somethings went wrong with the adress anyway is should have come to his place weeks ago! First they said its already delivered, then they said it will be there soon

I had a similar problem with yodel before, my parcels were never delivered, and I’d call the helpline and first they said the driver couldn’t find my address, then it was that my road was closed when I lived in a close and it wasn’t then that the parcel had got “lost”. I saved the drivers number then got them up on WhatsApp and it was some woman who was literally stealing my stuff I kept calling her and messaging and she just wouldn’t reply, then I saw her a few days later in road that leads to my house, was fuming!

I bought catnip sticks to my cat (from Ebay, don’t do it!) and I had to take them away because he got too crazy. I felt something was off with his reaction to them so I quickly googled it and it said that too much catnip is da,aging to a cat. It wasn’t those sticks that you got but just wanted to mention it, just in case. Got to make sure your little fluffball is okay!
It’s so frustrating when people aren’t doing their job. I’m glad it worked out in the end. I’ve had to bring out the bitchy that’s hidden deep in me to get things done and I hate it when it has to get to that point. And oh Nellie is absolutely adorable. My two cats also go mad for these sticks they roll around on the floor with them and rub their face on them. And I find that after I’ve given them one they are extra loving with me. They know I keep them in my desk drawer so whenever I open it they go nuts even when there isn’t any left as is currently the case.

I’m so confused... what did they think they were walking past if that was your PO box stuff the whole time?! Did no one think to check the pile of ‘no one knew what that is’ pile?! Royal Mail haven’t been sending me back my parcels when they get returned and as a small business it’s SO frustrating because it’s money wasting and time consuming!
