After the geno route, if you finish a pacifist route, she'll punish you for thinking you could have a "happy ending" with them. She's not a villain. We make her who she is in the geno route, and we blame her for our actions because we need someone to blame. We think we are above consequences. She will punish you for hurting her family and friends.
