1-Always keep spare rockers in the trailer.
2-Jessel rockers are not as good as people think.
A buddy I used to help with a sprint car used to break his jessel rockers all the time . They always broke during parade labs while lining up kinda like they're experiencing breaking while just idling around .

From your dad's video on his channel it seems them boys from Detroit with the mustang you lost to thrash just about as hard as you guys. A complete engine swap the night before loading the car on the trailer, completely untested and getting a 1st round win against your truck is a story they will probably never get bored of telling either. You'll get em next time Billy 🍻

I paused the close race and it's for sure the closest race I've ever seen. I would have to call it a tie unless there was a different angle camera or faster (frame per second) footage
They need to put the camera dead center on that line, looks like it's a little back which makes it look like a car in that lane would be slightly ahead.

They need a camera in the middle up hi facing down so you can actually see who crossed first at that angle its to had to tell cuz it did look like Billie was ahead then it looks like the car just eked it out

@5:35,, LUV that 1962 Dodge Dart! I saw in another video the car went out first round BUT I like the car none the less. These classic's are few and far between today with 90 percent of them crushed or left to rot in an old junk heap. They weren't very popular BUT this one has and it is out there racing it's heart out. I wish them good luck. We hope to see it again in another race.

I like seeing this side of Billy, he looks so serious all the time an you can't ever tell what he is thinking or feeling. Lol To see him crack a smile an laugh with Tommy an just loosening up some. But sucks Him an Tigger got rained out! Also, I love what Billy has done to the family dynamic an putting his brother in a car so he can race on race day! Man, that's pretty self-less and I'm not going to lie I was feeling like Pops an Billy were selfish when it came to Billy racing. Like when they robbed Tommys turbos, I seen how excited Tommy was when they came in. I blamed pops because he tryed to talk Billy into stealing them a while back an just put his precisions on the blue streak and Billy was like "no, we will just make his truck fast as shit!" An I knew deep down that wasn't the case, Billy is a danm good brother and pops is a danm good dad! It's just like Billy to have brand new FI turbos on the way for Tiggers blue streak! Very impressed with how quick the family/team purchased the Falcon, tested it, made it to race day. On top of that put amazing videos of everything and everyone doing there part. People don’t realize how much effort is put into the team/family to accomplish all of this. I see it in a “Big Way” I need to meet the family someday to say it directly to you. Guys the R/H lane definitely seemed to have the traction. Cars in the L/H lane were. All over the place. The Falcon looks really cool. Looks like it has a nice aerodynamic body. Thanks for sharing and stay safe and well 🇺🇸🇺🇸

The Mustang from Michigan that b-a-r-e-l-y slid in there FTW definitely sounded sick as a dog… I heard it popping and missing on the way to the line and those dudes were THRASHING on that unit trying to get it to calm down, but holy s**t it came alive when he let go of that button! But Mother Nature wiped the slates clean, and I heard that they’re going to try to reschedule in September… so y’all hang onto those wrist bands they will be honored. Scotty from Lancaster.

Billy, your gonna have to get them Fab Skilz back out and Fab up a Big Ole Pecker to mount on the front bumper like Murder Nova just built ! That might have helped for a close race like that.. Kinda even up the playing field for the "Short " boys.. 😆🤣
I’m not routing for BTK to loose first round, but Billy having more time to help Tommy AND learn the holly tuning is priceless in my opinion. If the truck wasn’t so fast, and didn’t have a new motor combo, having Billy with enough time to do what pop does for him, Tommy would have the second best crew chief doing small tire. I don’t know if Big Bill can learn the new WHILE being Billy’s crew chief, maybe when the Nova gets going, Billy can get a younger crew chief, and Big Bill can concentrate on Tommy’s new set up🤷

I agree that the light was hard to see, wish limpy would just give his blessing to all race master to wear a headlight lol. Maybe even a color, red, green whatever... great video👍
I don't really think limpy needs to give his blessing for a head lamp, just wear one!
I also noticed the arm coming up then the light came on a fraction of a second later. I watched another video and starter would hold light above his head while walking backwards then you turn light on. Was easy to see who jumped. A couple of match ups on this video I thought there were jumps but was really hard to tell.
Billy, when Tommy gets his truck up and racing again all us fans of SRC would love to see Molly run the Falcon…I know she could really send it.

I just did an LS Swap in my 68 Camaro(it's not a drag car) and put the Holley Terminator System in. I get it back tomorrow and look forward to learning how to use it. Love the family atmosphere!! Would love to see y'all in person some time in Texas
