In this series of guitar lessons I show you the best licks from the blues-guitar-masters played live.
This is lick #10 - this time from Johnny Winter with a fast lick which
uses "mainstream" building blocks within the blues-rock veign.

great.can u do a rhythm lesson on johnny winter-nothing left?
Hey - I just make lessons about blues-licks in this series but soon there will be an overall blues-comping and rhythm lesson.
I am a begineer, gonna ask you something: are you using overdrive? If this is the case, much or just a bit?
In this video I used a Helix LT amp-modelling system. You can either use overdrive pedals (or their models) or an overdriven amp (or it's models). If you want a cheap solution then you should go for a small amp-modelling system. I use a Boss GT-1 for my live-gigs when I am lazy.

Hey - thanks for contributing your ideas. I checked out the song but I just make lessons for licks played live - audio AND video. I could not find any live-footage of this song.

@@serbgaby Thank you. I am open for suggestions if you find any video with a cool lick. Imo it's very hard to find outstanding licks which are flawlessly played on live recordings. Later I will look at my Johnny Winter archive - maybe I find something for the near future.
