In this example, we see one foot tells most of the story. So the question is, is it possible to make this available to next gen Stryd owners with just one pod? Or do we really need 2 even if we want 1 foot data?
Thanks for your question and interest in Stryd Footpath. While this presentation did primarily feature analysis of a single side of the body for the simplicity of the analysis, at the moment, Stryd Footpath requires Stryd Duo (consisting of two Next Gen Stryd pods) + Stryd Membership.
When using both/2 of them - is there a split b/w 2 feet - how much power R/L is producing (percentage - similar to cycling power meters), and how much power in numbers is R/L generating ?
Thanks for your question. At launch, these are the left/right metrics that will be reported. Ground Contact Time Balance Vertical Ratio Vertical Oscillation Balance Leg Spring Stiffness Balance Impact Loading Rate Balance
Stryd Duo is still on track for feature release in early November. You can register for early access via the following link: forms.gle/pL2Wc3MGAmSW4kXS7

@@Stryd I really wish it did not require a membership. id really like some of this data, and for the initial cost it would be worth it, but at $10 a month after purchase, i really second guess getting them (to the point I havent).
@@seanflynn4901 While Stryd Footpath does require Stryd Membership, Stryd Duo (nor Stryd) does not require Stryd Membership to use and collect data from the pods, including left/right second-by-second balance data.
@@seanflynn4901 Stryd Duo + 12 Month Stryd Membership Commitment is already substantially discounted in order to allow you to do exactly as you describe. For example, if you wanted to purchase Stryd Duo in the US, the cost is $498 USD. However, we have lowered the cost of Stryd Duo to $299 USD with a 12 month commitment to the Stryd Membership at a rate of $9.99 USD / month to make the product far more accessible.

Wow, your power is so high, does it correlate with your running form efficiency or bc of the gradient? I run at 271W 6.48/mi, cadence 184.
Angus here.
It is due to weight. I weigh 200 lbs, which is the primary contributor as to why my power is higher at a similar speed to yours.

Can I see footpath also when I have one pod? Most of your presentation was just the left side.

@@Strydor maybe offer 3-6 months with the purchase of the Duo to get me in and using it to see the value. (Not just me, I mean that in general)
