I lost count on how many times i watched this MVM and cried every time. The beautiful chemistry between IU and V portrayal of a great love between two people who fight to the death for their love. My favorite part is when they get married. I hope that once V returns from military service , he and IU make kdramas and movies together. Both are incredible actors 💜

The cube is eliminating anyone with disability, IU can't speak, and V is blind in one eye. So whatever the situation as long as you are with someone u love, u will always be happy, no matter how short that time period is.
I dislike how people have assumed that this is targeted at people with disabilities. It's obviously set in a dystopian world. At no time is it indicated that the cubes are targeting any specific group. The whole world is in shambles. It doesn't show "normal" people living happily in a regular world. It shows a whole world in smoke. Abandoned buildings everywhere. So until there's an official statement saying this is meant otherwise, please just don't make improper assumptions. Also, for all we know, it could be V that is also deaf and can't speak.

@@Ankit-uv3yp i think the reason other person angry because some korean neziten use this interpretation and twisted in saying she's making fun of people with disability and they shouldn't exist in the normal world, also the cam showing them without disability make them albeist. That was completely misunderstood view,, twisting and taking things out of context...i also think this is improper interpretation and IU mentioned this song written for uaena so i think iu being mute and taehung one blind eyed is a metaphor for something.
Trust, EVERYONE cried with this masterpiece of an MV. The scenes that really got me was the wedding photo booth (UI and V cheek to cheek!?!?) and the final part when they held each other were about to die together. Definitely KDrama feels with the both of them. Imagine the both of them in a KDrama??? Geez! Loved your reaction!

They really have a good chemistry together and acted so well too. I literally cried every time I watched it. Kudos to the director for making the short film so beautiful. I hope IU and V will be in a kdrama after his military service if his time and availability permits it because it would be waste if not.

By far my favorite album of 2024 is IU's "The Winning". The 2nd Gen legend in fine form, as always.
ARTMS' "Dall" and aespa's "Armageddon" are a couple of other favorite albums of this year.
This master piece is beautiful and real these two made it to be come about love wins all their love till the end that block took them away but their love wins all ❤❤

Yeah most of us cried 😭 it's so sad! 😭😭 This song, the lyrics and IU's voice is so touching. This MV is truly one of the most beautiful and well done videos i've ever seen in so long. And we got actor Kim Taehyung back! Both did it amazing. Their chemistry is really good! They looked so cute 💜 One music video is not enough we need a drama!
The pile of clothes also reminded me of BTS' Spring Day MV and it's meaning and now thinking about what IU has gone through in life made me really emotional

You know the director and everyone involved created a great video when it can make it's audience emotional. It's one of the most beautifully sung songs I've ever heard and combine that with great acting and cinematography and you have this masterpiece. I hope they will collaborate again someday.
