    The first one would have only taken 4 months. Since she’s already paying the MM plus CF. On month five, she increased CF.

    Hi CJ, wanted to share with you, that I just found out to january 30, 2024 that a payroll deposit was done directly to my credit union line of credit, I must have submitted the incorrect information to payroll department, however when I called the bank they said it was ok. Really love your video's

    Maybe I’m slow but if you use the 2500 credit card to pay off your loan. Wouldn’t you be stuck paying that 125 towards your credit card. So you would only have the 500 available again instead of 625.

    • @flp376
      @flp376 Před 5 měsíci +5

      Your not slow it just take a new way at looking at it.
      Using the credit card she can put her cash flow of 500.00 into that one card and because she has already made the minimum payment of 125.00 in that one month she has paid 625.00. Or you can say okay I am going to be using this credit card so because you are putting 500.00 on it that satisfied the minimum payment which lowers her monthly expenses so instead of having 500.00 in cash flow she now has 625.00.
      Roughly 4 months CC 1 is paid off. Now go to cc2 she has the 625.00 previously plus 46.00 minimum payment. So again either reduce expenses by 46.00 giving her 671.00 in cash flow or paying the minimum payment of 46.00 and also paying the 625.00.
      I hope that helps.

      Loans have their advantages. At one point some groups were denied a loan altogether in purchasing a house that some take for granted that are now worth trillions of $$$$ because of government backed loans not HELOCs. I have had 4 loans and thank God that I was able to get them whereas previous generations of family and community members because of private and government democratic loan decisions were denied let alone had access to HELOCs. I am now in the process of educating people on the benefits of HELOCs, PLOC, BLOCs, etc., as I seek to get one. Loans have allowed some groups to leave generations billions of $$$$ to pay for college, business, weddings, and their children homes whereas some groups not so much. Again, thank God for the closed-end fixed loans that I have been able to get for previous generations and propel them into middle and upper-class lifestyles. When you know better as others has\ve taught, you do better in the face of unrelenting power relations in our capitalist democratic representative society.

      They benefit from the loans with the fixed rate. Do NOT do the fixed loans. Apply for LOC. GOOD LUCK 👍🏾

    • @msfaithwarrior
      @msfaithwarrior Před 7 měsíci +2

      Cash advance. Obviously you will pay some interest but compared to the cash flow you’re getting and probably cash back, in doesn’t hurt. Good stuff👍🏻

      @@msfaithwarrior Cash advance incurs a fee, immediate interest, and usually higher interest rate. And no, you're not getting cash back on a cash advance. It's generally a terrible idea unless the loan you're paying off has astronomical interest.
