That's also, incorrect. Meat is not what provides muscle development, the protein and Vitamin D do, and meat is only one of several other sources of these nutrients. Beans, tempah,walnuts, milk, and supplements provide these nutrients and others needed to create and sustain muscles. Many body builders, such as Luis Freitas. are vegetarians, so no they aren't weaker or skinnier. They are usually less obese though. LOL
