I'll be honest with you; I identify more with Nimona as the protagonist than any other film in 2023. Maybe not in the "LGBT" way but in how she feels when she is with other people, the loneliness that she hides: like when her childhood best friend or briefly Ballister betrays her (all the friends that I had left me for no reason😭) and her crazy personality reminds me a lot to the one I had during my childhood and adolescence. Nimona certainly has an off-kilter, insane fire to her that you don't find in your average protagonist. It reminds me a lot of my younger self's energy, and recently reminded me that I still have that somewhere in me. Hope you keep that energy in you, too! METAL!!!
